Under promised and way way over delivered!!!! I showed up with my truck in tow with no appointment or even a call ahead. As would be expected they told me it would most likely be tomorrow before they could get to it as it was Monday and they already had a full day with people that had appointments. Of course I understood and even got info from them on where I could go to rent a car. Well, only 50 minutes later I get a call that they went ahead and looked at it and had found one problem being the starter was broken so they were going to fix it and then figure out why it had quit running. 30 minutes later got a call the engine was seized by what looked like a cylinder being full of fuel or something liquid at least and they would have to take the spark plugs out to diagnose the problem. Another 20 minutes later got a call that it was fuel injector number 7 was broken and flooding the cylinder causing all the problems. Well, 60 minutes from there it was all fixed!!!!! Nothing short of amazing if you ask me. Very fair pricing as well.

This shop has some experienced mechanics and phenomenal prices. I went to their shop about my traction control because my car was shaking on the highway. He told me that it probably wasnt my traction control and if I wanted to change the error status that it would probably cost 2500 dollars to replace the whole TCL unit because thats part of how my car was manufactured. This was my second quote for the same issue so I knew he was being honest. He told me the shaking was likely a tire issue and that the tires were a priority over the unit replacement. He recommended I get my timing belt replaced because my car is at 120k miles. He quoted me a price of 500 for the job. I had my friends father, a shop owner, quote the same job for 1300. That was with the friend discount! I didnt go through with it because I felt my tires were a priority and thats all I had money for. He didnt push the recommended belt replacement at all! Great service!

No words can express how happy I am with the service I received by Nick and his staff at Choice Auto. I have been without AC in my car for almost 3 years and my sister Mary highly recommended Choice Auto. I was so happy she did. They replaced the compressor on my car and charged me an honest and fair rate compared to what I was quoted by others. My car is paid off and I really couldnt afford another car right now. The work that Choice Auto did on my car not only saved me money, and provided me with a more comfortable ride to work this summer, they saved me from the financial hardship of having to buy another car that I couldnt afford right now. In a world of such greed and empty promises when it comes to customer service, I just couldnt pass the opportunity of sharing this with you. Was referred to this outstanding business by a colleague whos worked with Kevin and Savo for many years prior to Choice Auto opening. I cant be more impressed! By far the most professional mechanics Ive worked with over the years. I know enough about cars but acted dumb when I went in; they were honest and quoted me fairly! I am so grateful I found a new shop with honest mechanics who quoted me at under the "books" price. Furthermore, when Id got my car back they had gone above and beyond the work I needed done to make sure my belts and fluids were all good. Throughout the process they kept me informed and were available to answer the phone without any surprises. All this in spite of the fact that I was difficult to work with myself as I had some financial struggles at the time they were understanding of. Keep your eyes on this business as theyre surely on the way to being "Best of"

Awesome shop! Ive lived in the valley for less than a year and didnt know of any trustable, reliable auto repair shops in the area. I needed some work done and called around to 3 or 4 shops. Only 1 shop really stood out from the rest and that was Choice Auto Repair. I had the fortunate experience of speaking with one of the three owners, Savo. I was very surprised and shocked at the amount of time, help and care that he provided. He treated me like family, which is rare from any shop. Savo personally worked on my Cadillac SRX, even as an owner. Not only was I treated like family but was saved $420 over the estimate that I received from a AAA shop. I have definitely found my new auto repair shop and will be a loyal customer. Moving forward, I will only bring my two vehicles here.

Very happy with my repair work today at Choice Auto Repair. I had my front axle, two rear shocks, and two rear brakes replaced. Staff was courtesy and helpful when I called for a quote, welcoming when I arrived to drop off the car (including a ride to work), and then efficient to get me wrapped up when I came for pickup. Repair cost was $200 more than quoted over the phone, but staff didnt beat an eye. He automatically looked at the invoice, found out where the issue was and why it took more labor than originally expected, and then still discounted it for me when he didnt have to to make sure I felt it was a fair deal. I will be back and will refer others.

I took my car to Choice last week, I had a transmission fluid leak they put it up on the lift and verified that the seal had gone out and the mechanic also noticed there was play in the transaxle. Kevin called me back and said that he could replace the seal but it would end up wearing out and didnt want to go down that road and explained to me that I had some play in the transaxle probably a bushing so I took it to a transmission shop and sure enough the bushing was worn out. I cant say enough praise to Kevin and his shop. It is so hard to find a reliable mechanic that you can trust and I have found one.

My check engine light was on, so I brought it in to see what was going on. Turns out, since my car is from CA, it was on because it would have failed the smog test. Since Arizona has no smog test, which they told me, I didnt need to get it fixed. It would have required replacing the parts responsible for the smog test, about $750 each, but since Im not going to California, they said I didnt have to do the repair if I didnt want to. They only billed me for the labor costs, and that was very cheap at just $50. I highly recommend you go to this place for repairs or even to just see whats up with your car.

I was on a cross country move to California and broke down in Tempe. I googled auto repair shops and chose Choice because of the high ratings. Best choice I could have made! I explained to Kevin my situation and he prioritized me even though the shop was obviously busy. Well they finished after closing time and for less than the quoted price. If you need any need of auto repair cant recommend them enough. This is an honest shop that performs the highest quality work. Thanks again for getting me home guys, youre the best!
