Brought my car in to get an AC line fixed. After the "fix" my AC stops working entirely. I bring the car back in at the moment they open so that I can be the first car on the block. I didnt hear from them for four hours so I called to try and see how much longer it was going to be and the lady on the phone tells me its going be another 2 hours. Needless to say Im a little upset, to which she responds, "Two hours isnt really that long." Excuse me but you dont get to decide for me, what I consider a long time. Thats SIX HOURS to change ONE HOSE. I understand you need to order parts and mechanics need breaks for lunch and such but thats no excuse for a fix like that taking that long. Im giving one star because of the way I was treated not because of the work. The mechanics did a great job aside from their one mistake. But the customer service is atrocious. I also had a gentleman hang up on me earlier in the week when I called to discuss the fact my AC had stopped working because of a change they made. He didnt want to hear about how it was their fault, he even talked down to me and tried to imply I was the one who broke it.

Went in to get ignition switched changed. Informed me of water pump leak. i had them replace water pump and new timeing belt. Timing belt jumped 6 teeth after there repair. Had to call relentlessly tried giveing me some excuse how its not there fault . Threatened to have the car towed else were and call corprate and they eventualy decided to fix it took them about a month and did a poor job. missing bolts on all the air intake along with other things. car did not run right after words only had one of the 2 heads in the car resurfaced. car vibrated bad at idle. radiator fans inoperable after repairs. ended up haveing to sell the car at a loss and buy a new one. would not recoment to anyone that values there car.

I scheduled a regular oil change on my truck and the services was great, they even reviewed the 31 point checkup which provided me with what had fail the test and the parts and items needing my attention. This gave me an indication of what would be needed most to the least, so as to scheduling of which to be fixed immediately down to the last item on the list. The crew at the shop were very professional and courteous as the work progressed. I would recommend the service to everyone out there.

David and Mike at the shop are excellent and take care of both mine and my husbands cars. They consistently provide speedy service and the technicians are skilled at solving problems and keeping the cars running at peak performance. I value the AAA shop because the prices are listed on the wall and I know that they arent taking advantage of me or my husband. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for anything from routine oil changes to complex repairs.

Took my vehicle in for regular service, and got a call from the service rep telling me that the technician found that the lower control arm bushing had failed and needed replacing. Approved the work. Got the vehicle back the following day with greatly improved steering and handling. Vehicle had been very twitchy prior to the repair, and the front tires showed excessive inside tread wear. Went to Discount Tire and got new tires put on. Im a happy camper.

David and staff were great, from calling me with my 2007 Ford F-150 diagnosis, to the cost of the job that was required to get me back on the road, to the issues I may have in the future. The job was completed in one day. My truck has 181,000+ miles on it. I would strongly recommend them.

Expensive. Charged $33 for a routine battery install. Also only carried the most expensive battery. and no discount for members. Ill go elsewhere next time.
