The service was quick and the woman that helped me was knowledgeable. I took my battery to have it tested at 99th Ave and lower buckeye and they said it was good with an 88 percent charge. I knew my battery was bad but they insisted it was good so they didnt have to warranty the battery. I took it to this store and they hooked it up, determined it was bad and exchanged it in less time than it took to argue with the people at the other autozone. This will be my new home store from now on.

The clerk was great. Manager not so great Autozone price match is based one how cheap is the item at another store. If its to cheap they will just give you a discount. Never heard of such a thing but thats how Autozone in 75th Ave. and Lower Buckeye manager works. No argues just never going back. Thanks to certain managers rules.. Please make your rules and policies CLEAR.

Employee was being very impatient did not get his name though . When I went to get my battery replaced, they said that you had to bring the battery in yourself. This is probably a standard for this AutoZone. They seem like stocking inventory is more important than a customer.

I was very happy with the service I received here when buying a new battery. I was having trouble removing my old battery. And the guy who worked inside noticed and came out and took out my old battery and put in my new one for me! Thank you very much!!!

Got off work and had a dead battery Jumpstarted it it and ran down to autozone Jonathan helped me He grabbed the new battery and some tools Pulled the old one dropped in the new one In and out in 15 minutes Great job
