This "shop" is a joke, and Jerry is a horrible manager. Took my lifted 2005 Nissan Xterra to have an alignment check done. They said I was within or very close to spec, and would only charge me to adjust my toe settings on my rig. I said go ahead, since I didnt want any uneven wear on my tires. They adjusted the toe and said everything was good to go, I paid for the toe adjustment and was told I could head out to grab the keys from the tech. I walked out and the tech asked me do you want your steering wheel straight or do you care its off set a little. I told him I wanted it straight (who wants a offset steering wheel). He then brought it back into the bay, and said he adjusted it. He then gave me my keys and said I was all set. Well driving home I noticed my wheel was still offset and inch or two to the left to be able to drive straight. This drove me nuts for the 2 mile drive home. I took it back in the next morning, and told them I wanted my wheel straight. And the manager said "thats near impossible on lifted rigs." I said "I have never had an issue with it before, why now?" he said "well you just dont understand alignments, but I can have my master tech look at it for you and try to fix it but theres no guarantee he will be able to do anything" They then said Id have to come back in a couple hours to get it looked at. I said okay and walked out. I then took my rig over to Big O tires down the road. The manager asked what he could do for me, and I explained what had happen at brake masters, and he sighed and asked for permission to work on the rig. He took my keys and brought it up on the rack and had it down in 15 minutes. And what do you know a perfectly straight wheel aligned with my wheels. He said next time you need an alignment come to me and we will take care of you. He fixed what Brake masters said was impossible FREE of charge, and in 15 minutes. Needless to say I dont trust this shop at all, and they are always trying to sell you services. Save your time and money and take it else where. For alignments I highly recommend Big O Tires.

I went to this place I 2014 for an oil change, they did there inspection and said I needed front end work they said springs, shocks, outer and inner rod ends, brakes. I wanted the cheaper brakes and thier mgr suggested I get the ceramic brakes said it wont make noise when you apply them so after some convincing I got them my bill almost 1500 dollars I paid them and last year 2015 my car was making horrible noises in the front end and I go back and dont you know they got some new guy in there telling me a bunch of crap said I need lower control arms and an additional 6 almost 700 dollars so I pay them and then I go back because the noise is worse my car sounds like an old farm truck and I say to him my car sounds worse than it did when I first brought it here and they tell me I need 1800 dollars worth of work some of the parts I just changed the year before and they will replace it for just the cost of labor I told him give me my keys and im out of here then I later find out they dont buy new parts they buy used parts from the junkyard and charge you new part prices if you go to this place thats on you I will never go back to this shop they are a scam and they should be reported because they are not a reputable shop they will tear your car apart and then charge you to fix it I dont think they even use real oil in thier oil changes maybe crisco from the walmart be warned if you dont then thats on you I purchased an extended warranty and the parts they put in im told need to be replaced more than 2,000 wasted

went to get an alignment done on my Ford F150. they took my keys and when they were done they took it for a test drive and noticed it still went to right a bit, so they asked to swap my two brand new front tires to see if it helped i said i guess so. they took it for a test drive,and i noticed they came back and another guy got in the car and took it for a test ride, i just put gas in it and they drove it around to much for my liking. they came back and told me my truck STILL goes to the right even worse then before they swapped the wheels. and also wanted to point out that i may have a broken motor mount because of something he noticed while driving it for an alignment check, which is kind of impossible with steel mounts. and my dad already had that problem checked and nothing to do with the motor. they told me to leave my wheels they way they were and if the alignement was bothering me to bring it back and they will swap the wheels back. THANKS for leaving it and risking my tires to get ruined. took it to my BF at discount tire to swap my tires back and he checked my motor mounts- not broken. If you need an alignment, DO NOT go here. i only went because it was cheaper and i had a coupon, huge mistake.

Jerry the manager is a liar and a scam artist and so is his manager Chaz. I got my oil changed here and they checked my air filter too. Said it needed replacing so I wanted to do it myself. I drove 200 feet and my throttle became stuck for 10 seconds (not due to the pedal). I took it back right away and they said some air filter pieces could have fallen into a hole and caused that. I went on my way, 2 weeks later my car breaks down. A mechanic told me an air filter piece fell into that hole and melted onto a wire which finally gave out. That wire is hooked up to a sensor which i had to replace for $263. They wont take responsibility for their carelessness with my air filter and dropping those pieces into that hole. They did say they would have vacuumed it if i let them replace the filter....obviously they know it could have caused an issue but decided to do nothing. They should at least pay for the part i had to replace due to their carelessness. Dont ever go here!!

Horrible service. I went in for an alignment and dropped my vehicle off around 2 to which they quoted me 2 hours. So you would think it would be done by 4 (well before they close) right? My vehicle wasnt ready until 2 hours after they closed! Additionally they did a terrible job as my vehicle still pulls to one side and is all over the road. I tried to take it back twice and was hit with a brick wall of excuses: "our guy called out sick" or "the alignment machine is broken"... Why didnt they call me and let me know the alignment machine was broken before I wasted my time and gas driving down there? I had an appointment! Oh, and thats another thing: one guy says they make appointments and another says "no appointment needed just bring er in". DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
