Would not recommend these guys. I give a star for their "friendly" customer service, but they struggle with lack of honesty in service. We took our Tahoe in to get the brakes repaired, got a fair price on them and they added many other things on the SUV that needed repair. (Originally we asked just the brakes to be looked at) So we agreed to the additionals. The following day we left on a trip to California and our ABS brake lights flashed on our whole trip. The day we got back our AC stopped blowing cool air, so we took it back to have them look at the ABS light and the AC. Called us back and told us their was problem with the car and it would cost X amount of money to fix. We asked them if they had a chance to look at the AC and the ABS light because originally that is what we had gone in for. He hesitated and said "Oh yes it just needs a new fan belt and that they never got to the ABS light, so he said he would take a look at that and get back to us. A few hours later we get a call from one of their mechanics and he tells a bad news but we need a whole new compressor, at it will cost x amount of dollars to fix this. (We thought the A?C had already been diagnosed?) At this point my husband and I are not feeling good about these people . So we tell them to put our car back together and we are going to come pick it up. We take it to another mechanic to fix the AC, he charges us half the price for the compressor. When he pulled the compressor out, he said it had a huge whole in it, and the only way for it to get a whole that size would be for someone to hit it with something sharp. He said a rock that size from the road would be impossible to hit the compressor. Also we asked him to look at the other problem that "Just Brakes" had diagnosed and he said there was nothing wrong. The new mechanic said we got scammed. Watch out people......these people are thieves!!!

1st to make the reader aware that I have run my own automotive business (Retired). I used to go to selected auto shops compareable to mine in order to check the competitions quality of service and work against mine. This Just Brake shop happens to be near my residence. Took a 2007 Cadillac CTS in for steering shake when I applied the brakes. Leaving vehicle there I received a call to see if I could report back to the shop. Upon arriving the car was on a rack with all four wheels pulled and front and rear brake pads and calipers pulled for inspection. Was told front pads and calipers plus rotors needed replaced, pads in rear needed replaced along with rotors turned , brake fluid flush needed with a approx. estimate of $1400.00 of repair needed. Like I stated I was in the business before and had the vehicle checked before trying this facility out. The vehicle did require front pads and rotors turned period. The service was below what I would call acceptable, the up sell very aggressively pursued. I would not recommend this facility to those not being very knowledgable in automotive repair.

I was here 2min before they opened. Already I could the guy in the garage rolling his eyes as if I was about to ruin his day by making him work. Once the opened the doors I told him a wanted the $99 brake special, gave him my keys, then I went to sit down. 58 minutes later they finally pull my truck into the garage. Now remember I was here first and no one came after me. The guy in the office seemed more concerned with taking out the office trash than taking care of my issue. Another 30 minutes go by and here comes the sell job. Your going to need this and your going to need that he says. Now a $99 brake job turns into $300. I was shown the issues and did agree that it needed more care but not nearly want he was hoping I would agree with. Those issues I agreed with now became a $208 problem. I was only willing to spend money on brakes. He kept lowering the price because I kept saying no. Ill leave feeling satisfied that the issues I needed addressed are fixed and since I held my ground I got a good price but the bullshit it took to get there will have me going elsewhere from no on.

They rescently made lot of changes to shop as well as manger tring really hard to make people happy . I have had bad days lately with my lifted Chevy as far as rear breaks (drums) did a great job getting it done and safe ! Second time was getting new mud terrain 35s on a 20inch rim had to put them to the test mount and balanced them with alliment John did wonders on this ! And for the third trip had my truck towed there after my bearing on front passenger side ripped my tire off and destroyed my right front brakes and hub! I called the store at 845 not seeing its 9 am open got a call back 5 mins later by Jake and told me have on down and they will get it done let me say for a Sunday after this it had been nice these guys rock they work 7 days a week and almost every holiday I would recommend giving them a try they will make it good by all means !!!!!!!

This was my first experience with Just Brakes. I found them on the internet and decided to give them a try based on their good reviews. I was NOT disappointed! As it turned out, my vehicle required extensive repairs and most of the day was needed to complete the job. Jason actually took me home and then picked me back up with his own car when the job was finished. Kyle did an excellent job of explaining his findings and what my options were. The work done was flawless, the prices were reasonable and my vehicle was left clean. Jason, Kyle and John are professionals and work well as a team. They are friendly, knowledgeable and good communicators. It is my pleasure to highly recommend this shop. I will use them for all my future brake/suspension work.

Really bad experience I paid $1,600 to replace AC Clutch serpentine belt & pulley well Just Brakes took my manifold off because they stripped a pulley bolt , the car lasted about a month said it had "full warranty " a month later the car broke down & i looked under the hood to find the bolts to the manifold were popped out, so i took it back to them and they said they found metal shavings in the manifold (From previous drilling) & said my motor is blown long story short they said that they cant do anything about this that they had nothing to do with it, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NOT GO TO THIS CROOKED PLACE also I had to call them each day for a week & each day John would say Ill give you a call but never did I would have to call them.

Just Brakes is a leader in the Art of ripping off the custonmer. First after having tried to get me get a 562.00 brake job, they told me I also need a new a new set of front wheel bearings, guesss what 2 years later my front wheels are still fine. They also charged for draining and replacing the brake fluid, aftrer I went in for my reg. scheduled oil change I was told the brake fluid was dirty and had not been changed in years. Also I had a noise on the rear right side which just brakes claimed was the front wheel bearing but the brake drums were not properly machined or cut which can cause uneven braking and premature wear. So everyone before you go just brakes ask yourself if you want a Justed ripped off experience.
