Very rude and unprofessional (when I asked him a simple question). I would write his name but apparently he did not have a name tag on his shirt. ( this review was wrote about 2-3 months ago ^ ) Ever since the first time I stepped foot into this place, there was a very rude employee for some reason I dont know if he was having a bad day or what the deal was but I wrote that review ^ maybe about a day or 2 went by when I was at work and I received a call I couldnt answer the call however I did have a voice-mail, I listened to it and it was Matt Sun Devil Auto manager at this location. He asked me to give him a call back to discuss the situation. To be honest I was not planning to go back there ever again (as one person can make that happen) I called back he apologized for the situation said hed take care of me when and if I went back. I still needed work done on my car so my thoughts were instantly " when the hell does a manager take time out of his busy schedule to read these reviews and actually call back" so of course that right there made me want to go back ( no not because i was going to get a discount because that day I went back I had enough money to pay for what I had to) and give this shop another chance. However, I will say in all honestly I was worried and nervous they would do well how people say a "Minnie mouse job" on the car but thankfully my car was and has been great. When I went back Matt kept his word took care of me and hey, Ive been going there since day 1! By the way i ONLY take my car when Matt is there. Super nice and understanding. Keeps his word and in my opinion hes a great manager! I have finally found a great place to take my vehicle to and maintain her good! Thank you Matt! Hopefully service to myself and my car keeps being this good. ☺

Let me 1st say this review has to do with sundevil transmission shop, i took my daughters car in for a transmission overhaul, bad torque converter told me worse case would be 2200 walked out alot worse, tech told me my engine mounts were gone funny I just changed them 3 months before. Do your homework if you think its a transmission issue just go direct after I called 4 shops in phoenix 2200 was fair for the complete build and install of my original w labor was correct, but some how sun devil came up with more labor cost and parts pricing higher then when I called nissan for parts direct and I am sure that the parts installed are not from nissan as I have never seen oem parts ordered and installed from pretty much any shop I have taken my veichle to for a repair i didnt have time for. Another question you should ask if the shops get a deal on oem how do they charge more for "same" parts then if you walk into the dealer part dept. 1st and last time I go to sundevil auto

These guys are seriously so courteous, and always go out of their way to do right by the customer. We blew a rod in our engine, & they gave us a very estimate for labor and engine replacement, & then didnt place any pressure on us to make an immediate decision on what we were going to do. They allowed us to keep the car there for about 2 weeks, until we finally made a decision on what we were going to do and collected the car. We didnt end up having them replace then engine, but we appreciate all that they did for us, they didnt even charge us a diagnostic fee when they initially took a look at the car. Today we took in the used car that we ended up buying to have them take a look at it to make sure that we had made a good purchase, & again they were totally amazing and didnt charge us amything to look it over. I would 100% recommend these guys for any of your auto needs, seriously theyre amazing, & so willing to work with you.

Matt is the best there is. I called him with my car at another shop of thieves wanting $750 dollars to replace my fuel pump after having my car for two days. Matt told my 2 hours labor and the part would be $560. The part is a factory original.so it was pricy. He even towed my vehicle to the shop the next morning and then apologized for not calling me sooner that same day due to computer upgrade that took longer than expected. I was blown away. The truck was done, running and for the phone quoted amount. I will be back soon for all the things my truck needs as this shop is honest, fair, fast, and Worthy of my business. As a handyman who makes his living with my truck these guys do business the way I do, treat the customer right, ho est and fair, and they will keep coming back. Sun Devil is awesome because of the people they have working there and the service they give.

They replaced my oil pan and offered payments and my car died within 24 hours of getting it out of the shop. On top of the $1300 (after interest payments) I owe on the oil pan, I spent $60 on a battery, $300 on a starter and replacement, $100 on tools, and $350 on an alternator just to find out they didnt connect my alternator after they replaced my oil pan. I can not begin to describe how upset I am, as I have my little sisters memorial to pay for in three days and that repair money had to be borrowed against her memorial fund and I have no way of getting that money back in time now... Multiple Uber trips to and from work and physical therapy for a spinal injury. I feel robbed.

This Sun Devil Auto service has been wonderful to work with. My car is an older model that had multiple problems I had seen multiple mechanics for. Especially in trying to pass the AZ emissions standards, which my car had previously failed. These mechanics were patient, professional and helpful as they worked through the cars problems to isolate what was going on (something that others had tried and failed at). They didnt charge until they were able to resolve it. Their work was excellent, and I appreciate the honest and helpful service. Ive taken my car back since for different services, and will continue to do so. Its good to find such a reliable auto shop/mechanic!

These guys did a great job. I was in town only for one night and needed my tires rotated and brakes checked without an appointment. They got me in within 45 minutes. They told me my brakes were just a little dirty, read an engine code, topped off my fluids, rotated my tires, and checked my tire pressure, all free of charge. I was expecting to pay at least $15 or $20 just for the rotation, but everything was free. Also, I have my wheels coated in plastidip, and they did a great job not damaging the coating during the rotation. Im moving to Phoenix in August and will absolutely return and give them future business. 5 star quality customer service without a doubt.
