From beginning to end, I have had outstanding Customer Service with this shop. Honesty is their policy, and they were more concerned about my needs as opposed to upselling me. I took my car that was having several problems, even though its not even 5 years old yet, and they knew exactly what was wrong with it. Their prices are affordable and they know what theyre doing. I have taken my vehicles to Rami several times. He is the only mechanic I trust. He only recommends what you need, never tries to up-sell you. He does great work at very reasonable prices. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.
