I had a different location place a part on hold for me at this location since it was the closest location to my disabled vehicle. A friend of mine drove to pick up the part but couldnt remember enough information needed for the hold as Mike asked many questions as if he was in a fraud prevention role so my friend had to drive all the way back to me. He came back and said Mike was very rude and unpleasant. I called and spoke to the same Mike, he seemed preoccupied, very rude and I felt I was inconveniencing him and needed to end the call so I thanked him for his time but will NEVER call or go into this particular location ever again!

Jeff is the worst. He was rude and impatient. I was asking him a question about my power steering and he just started talking to his friend/ employee and joking around about what they did on the weekend. If you go there dont talk to Jeff. He is rude of and very disrespectful. I asked wich power steering fluid is best for my car and he just told me to get a new car. And he wasnt even joking he looked serious. I ended up picking the wrong fluid. All because of Jeff. I dont know why, how hes working there. He is the worst customer service ever

Jeff is a life saver! If you need an expert opinion before you shell out cash to a mechanic, have Jeff take a look. He is incredibly helpful. One of those guys who has been working on cars their whole life and worked for autozone since I was 2 years old (and Im approaching 30). Every time Ive been to this location theyve been extremely helpful. Jeff is the best though

Wow, what a great experience I had here. I had to replace the starter on my Mercedes ML430, they not only had it in stock, but were open on the 4th of July! My follow up experience with them, was outstanding. I didnt have my receipt, but they pulled up the transaction and then gave me back my core charge for it. Very friendly and nice staff.

These guys wasted a lot of my time and money. They did reimburse me for the money they wasted after fighting with 2 store managers and their district manager. These guys dont have the ability to communicate with each other or their delivery services. Dont depend on them meeting their time table.

Megan was outstanding!! The best costumer service I have ever had!! She went the extra mile and was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. She even put my windshield wipers on for me!

Very helpful staff. Parts are easy to get and if they dont have them in stock they will usually get them the same day from another store.
