First let me preface this review by the fact that I have moved 8 times in the last 10 years and have used several moving companies and this is the first review I have given because these guys are worth it!!! We moved here from Chicago to Gilbert. My first call to low budget movers was to get a quote. I had to leave a message and someone called me back within the hour. Their rates were competitive and I decided to book. The day we showed up to town was a disaster with the house we were moving too. I had to call low budget movers and delay our move in date. They were so nice...didnt charge us a moving fee and were accommodating with all the last minute changes. Move in day (2 days after scheduled move) Sanjay and Herbert arrived on time and were the first welcoming and cheerful people we had met since arriving in town ( mind you we had to move houses last minute and were dealing with an AWFUL home management team at this time) these guys made our move in easy. First thing to go right this whole move. They put all boxes in assigned rooms, came with tools, helped move furniture exactly where I needed it. Very personable and professional. Took time and care to handle our belongings as if they were their own. Did not rush us even though we were their first clients and they had two more jobs after us!! I would recommend this company and these specific movers to anyone! Thanks Low Budget Movers!!

If I could give minus stars it wouldnt be enough!! This company is unreliable, unresponsive and a complete joke all together. If you can use ANY other moving company do so! They showed up 6.5 hours late to start my move, marred my walls during the move and ripped my Leather sectional open by hitting the ceiling with it bringing it in the door. When I contacted Brian"the manager", he listened to what I had to say an proceded to justify the goings on. I was told by Brian a claim would be put in and could take 14 days to process, he would get back to me on Monday. Never got any call from any employee of Budget Movers. I called them on Saturday and spoke with Jake another "Manager" who proceeded to finger point as to whose fauld the damage was. I wasnt the one doing the moving, when I booked this company I let them know it was an upstairs move, and exactly what pieces they would be moving. Jake told me it was my fault my couch got ripped wanting the furniture brought up stairs. MY FAULT, unbelievable! I have never experienced anything like this ever! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I had Cody and Adrian. Cody busted a$$ the entire time! They called me to tell me they were on their way. They showed up on time and ready to work. They wrapped everything that needed it in blankets and shrink wrap. Brought a bigger truck as requested at the last minute!! And spent 8 solid hours moving me with no breaks other than driving time. They would have kept going too to put every box in its room, but I had to get back to the other house so they piled the last stacks as requested. These guys, especially Cody, killed it! You could not ask for a harder worker. I was charged only the hourly amount quoted, no extra fees or hidden charges, and they were there for as long as I needed them. Cody was also very professional in his handling of the paperwork and was very diplomatic when he had to ask me to stay out of the trailer and not try to help unload. I really cant recommend them enough. They turned a nightmare move into the least stressful move possible. 5 out of 5 gentlemen! Thank you so much!

I chose Low Budget Movers because of the thorough questions Jake asked me regarding my move. I had estimate from another moving company, but they didnt ask me about my move like Jake. They didnt ask me if I was on the third floor or the stair landing was parking lot accessible. However, my moving day didnt go so well. A move prior to mine, was a move from hell. This in turn delayed my move and totally disrupted my arrangements. With Jake and Joseph understanding my frustration, they not only reprimanded the employees, they remedied the move by offering me a discount! That is the customer service that I knew they were capable of providing! I have a coworker that will be needing a moving service soon, Low Budget Movers will be her moving service. Most unprofessional moving company ever. The company does NOT drug screen employees. I know this from personal experience because my fiancé worked there and was put in an uncomfortable situation when the driver of the truck took a marijuana break in between jobs. The workers have to wait for long periods of time in between jobs uncompensated, giving them too much free time to smoke pot, or do as they please and then show up to a residence to move heavy items. The company works the employees very long hours but only pays for about 4-5 on the check, creating over worked, underpaid, careless workers. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!! I would go with a more reputable company such as 2 men and a truck! I used them for a move once and was nothing but pleased.... PLEASE USE CAUTION with Low Budget movers... the name says it all. LOW BUDGET!!!

A last minute decision had me looking on the internet for moving companies. My search brought me to two moving companies where I entered my information to request quote. Within 15 minutes, Jake with Low Budget Movers returned my call and was very helpful and friendly. Two days later I booked LBM for my move. Jake was kind enough to answer all my questions via email and called the night before to confirm the time. On moving day, I was called to say they were about 20 minutes away and Tristan and Cody arrived on time. These two were extremely friendly and personable and handled all of our items as if they were their own. They emptied one house, drove to another to collect more items and then to our final destination. Our move was completed in 8 hours and was absolutely worth $99 an hour. Thank you Jake, Cody and Tristan for making our move easier!!

I used Low Budget Movers to move all of my belongings from a storage unit I had into a house. Nothing could have possibly have gone more wrong for this move up until this point. My move was a mess and driving me to have nights of zero sleep. The only positives I had from the whole experience all involved Low Budget Movers. Right from the start, Brian was friendly and very helpful. The pricing for this company is so easy and there is absolutely no hidden costs of any kind. I know what my total would be without having to wait to see if my calculations matched theirs. Moving is expensive and the unknown costs are the ones that get you the most. I liked having that problem solved before it even started. My storage unit had a broken elevator and the only access to my unit on the fourth floor was the stairs
