Pros: Affordable, Great group of people, Professional, Caring, Hard workers, Great attitudes, Clean,….. the list is endless. An all around great company to work with. Cons: ABSOLUTELY NONE! On Feb 10th 2016 I had called MMM to schedule my second moving experience with them. As I had two storage units to empty, one very large, I was given a ten hour estimate needing two trucks and 4 men (It took six and a half hours, two trucks and 4 men). They were available to schedule the job for the following day. On Feb 11th 2016 Adam called me first thing in the morning to tell me one of the guys would be calling me with an ETA, not 5 minutes later I got the call letting my know when they would arrive. When they got to our meeting place I was greeted by four muscular men all with smiling faces. They were very polite, professional and took great care of my items, making sure to pad and shrink wrap everything that required it. This was the second time I have hired MMM to complete a move for me. They are FANTASIC! On this occasion the crew moving my items consisted of Roy, Ronnie, Jim and Lorenzo. They did a wonderful job getting all the items safely from one location to another. They made sure to alert me to any damage items had before they moved it and took great care to protect all items for the move. All four of them had awesome attitudes and were very fun to be around. They were all very hard workers; I even asked if they needed a break to eat. I surly would have needed one, but they did not stop. The one item that I was most concerned about was treated with the best care I could have asked for. It’s a very heavy item that they handled easily . I would guess all those muscles come in very handy for that. Roy, Ronnie, Jim and Lorenzo were all fast, careful, and efficient. They filled up two trucks with items from two different storage locations, completed the offload and cleanup in six and a half hours. Woohoo! We all got to go home early. They are a very caring group of guys. They not only cared for my items, they cared for me as well. When we were at the second storage unit I headed to the office to ask a question. Before I had gone in I heard a man scream. Thats right, a man scream. For a second I was not sure if one of the movers had hurt themselves; BADLY, or if it was coming from the office. Then I heard a bunch of commotion as if there were things being thrown around inside. I went back to the storage unit and told the guys what was going on. I asked if one of them could escort me to the office to see what all the craziness was about and to have them with me so I could ask what I needed to. Ronnie, who I have nicknamed “Security” volunteered to be my bodyguard. We went back to the office and Ronnie opened the door first of course. He poked his head in to find a complete mess on the office floor and the employee inside apologizing to us and explaining he had just had a temper tantrum. Really? Did this man seriously just admit to that? I wanted nothing more then to leave that whole property! Ronnie stayed with me until I got the answer I had gone to ask and we returned to the unit. After the loading was complete at that location, without me having to ask, he walked me to my car as I was parked right outside the office. My experiences with MMM have been above and beyond my expectations, from the phone contacts to the services being completed. For as long as I live here in AZ I will never call on another moving company to help with my moving needs. I will always turn to MMM. I will be telling everyone I know about this amazing team of men (Adam included) and refer them to anyone as the ONLY place to go for their own moving needs.

I wonder if the owner, who sounds so caring and proud of his companys work in his responses to satisfied customers, responds to others: Ive never written a negative review online, but hope to warn potential customers of this company. They were scheduled to arrive at noon, and it was nearly 3:00 pm, after repeated promises to get here earlier. The destination for delivery of my furniture was 2 miles away, but the consignment shop closes at 5:00 so that was nerve wracking, of course, as Im moving out of the country, had a house closing, and many things to coordinate. After the loading one mover had me sign a release because he considered one piece too fragile to guarantee safe transport--it was a piece that had been moved successfully across country by non-professionals, I asked that he tape a glass door closed and was ignored, and signed the release. I told 3 of the crew where to park on arrival, ahead of them, I stopped and pointed at the spot: they ignored me, did a complex u-turn, and went into the parking lot where the shop door was not wide enough to accomodate the size of some pieces then, when I approached them to correct the mistake one said "dont yell at me"-- I very seldom yell--ask anyone. When they began unloading they literally began to dump the furniture on the sidewalk in front of the shop. The owner approached them and had to argue with them to bring it inside...I was told this later although I MIGHT have yelled had I overheard it. Before wed left my house I asked one mover to please push back the refrigerator hed moved--he acted insulted but did so--when I returned it was not in its rightful place and blocked a light switch. I also found that the backing of a large Chinese cupboard has been knocked off and left lying on the dining room floor-- I had to take it myself to the shop the next day and was then told how rudely the owner had been treated after his request to take the furniture inside. Ive taken the time to write such a lengthy review to show that it was not a single incident--i realize no one is perfect--but the cumulative experience certainly does not indicate caring professionals, or even professionals, to me.

Muscular Moving Men is my personal first choice moving company! They pad and wrap all the wooden furniture and also the sofas and chairs to keep the fabric clean and also keep the wood from "shifting" when its being moved. I saw the guys carry an over-sized sofa from a second floor down a split stair case with a turn and a landing in the middle. This sofa had a hide-a bed in it. I thought that the sofa was going to have to be sold with the home! But after they shrink wrapped it, they were able to get it down without any damage to the walls or the sofa! I was blown away! They make sure to go over all your options for packing and loading items. The crews all work together to dis assemble furniture while one guy pads and wraps and one guy may move items onto the truck. There is never a second that those gusy are not hard-at-work! When I called for a quote, I decided to call a ferw other olaces in the valley for comparison, as I had never used movers before. When calling around, I found that they were not the cheapest out of the bunch, but they for sure were not the most expensive. I decided that based upon reviewd, that they had the fairest price for serivce and ability to get me on thier schedule without a lot of notice. I found th eoffice staff to be very knowledgable, fridnely, and patient, while I made my decision to book with them. I feel that I got the most bang for my buck! I would recommend Muscular Moving Men to my friends and family, for sure!
