Worst move from the very beginning Sales rep was arrogant and underestimated load and cubic feet of household items and packed boxes. Driver was unable to load all items into the main truck hold so items were unpacked and tucked into any available space, onto a platform tacked onto the back of the truck, into the cab and under the truck in the ramp storage area The driver assured me that all those items would be repacked into the main carrier in the ware house before transporting them to California. My possessions were unloaded directly into a storage unit in California where it stayed for 2 months until reloaded and moved by the subcontracted person who unloaded the original load into the storage unit. Subsequently when my possessions were unpacked and checked on the manifest, items were missing either because they were not listed on the manifest, or were not number items. Furniture that was still wrapped in original wrappings were unwrapped in the new house and discovered damaged. A cabinet with permanently placed glass shelves, that was promised to be packed and glass shelves supported, was unwrapped,only to find one shelf was broken. The company refuses to honor my claims as they feel their liability ended at the storage unit or as they call it destination. At no time did the driver give me a manifest of items to check off, but gave me an IPad to sign off the entire load once it was reloaded into the storage unit. I am very disturbed and disappointed with Sullivans claim department by entirely blowing me off and not accepting any responsibility for the lost or damaged items. A very poor attempt was made at recovering the lost items and they refuse to accept the possibility that the items never made it back into the truck in Phoenix.

These guys were awesome! The team from Sullivan Moving and Storage Co. helped my boyfriend and I move all of our stuff from our storage unit and apartment to our new house in the same day. And they worked hard for several hours straight to get the job done on the same day (which is more convenient than having to coordinate over two days). They did a solid job keeping our belongings safe, especially our expensive plasma TV and other valuable electronics and fragile tables and furniture. The movers were even pleasantly friendly to talk to. I highly recommend anyone in Phoenix who needs a moving company to hire these guys.

Sullivan Moving & Storage moved the household furnishings of my 90 yr. old Mom from Arizona to Indiana. They were professional and very efficient! The driver of the moving van was the best along with his son who also helped pack the moving van in Arizona and unpack in Indiana. The driver was courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. All of our items were safely delivered and on time! They helped make the move easier for all of us! I would use Sullivan and Jim the driver again!

The men who came to move our stuff, take what they say with a grain of salt. Was told something was going to be moved, ended up not being able to be moved and they wanted an hour outside until it was moved. Also the people on the phone are the rudest ever. Walk on glass when you talk to them, because God forbid if you ask them a question you get threatened that they stop working. I was hoping a lot from this place. I would recommend it, but be careful.

Cant recommend Sullivan Moving & Storage enough! First off we called several companies and few of them were able to quote us over the phone. The ones that did estimated a move closer to 3 hours longer than what ended up being necessary. From the first call Sullivan was easy to work with, estimated our moving time within 15 minutes from the initial quote and took great care of our belongings! Cant say enough good things about them!

Our moving experience from AZ to BC, Canada with Sullivan/Mayflower couldnt have been better from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and efficient. John B. from the Phoenix office gave us a very fair quote and guaranteed the price; Gary, the driver, was outstanding and Angelot from the Mississauga office, was more than fair in resolving a couple of problems we had. We recommend this company highly.

We were not very happy with our moving in experience. The movers were not very friendly, boxes that were clearly labeled ended up in different rooms, and they told us that if they unpacked, they would "do a poor job." As a military family, we have moved quite a bit and have had great experiences. Not this time though. It was very disheartening to be treated this way.

They got everything from my storage unit to my new apartment in less than 2.5 hours, it was incredible.
