Dirks Moving and Logistics is the worst mover that I have dealt with after nine moves with different corporations. While they represent themselves as Dircks, they are really working with a number of third parties to do the work. The face to the customer is not represented by one company but many who do not often speak to each other. The front end communications was awful. Barely got a call the day prior to packing when they were coming to pack. Packers spelled name wrong on boxes and was expecting me to tell them where they needed to correct it (Maybe why I lost one valuables box). On the receiving end, the move coordinator and the local driver and third party were not on the same page no matter what I was told. It was a "pass the buck" as to who would assemble our dining room table. As it turns out, it was not an issue because we could not put the table together since they lost the parts to assemble it. Feedback from their driver was that the order that he picked up seemed disorganized and leather chairs we had in their care came very dirty like they were thrown around the warehouse. Finally, they lost a lot a lot of valuable items. Please make sure you detail the valuables that you have because the packers do an awful job in documenting their work. I am disappointed that they only let me rate them with one star. If I could I would rate them a negative star. The sales pitch was made that they are careful in packing. Clearly not the truth. Recommend to never use this firm. Simply the worst I have ever experieinced.

Our overall experience with Dircks was EXCELLENT! We have moved several times and this move was the best. We moved from Cave Creek, AZ to TN. From start to finish, the Dircks team was professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help meet all our needs and requests. The most impressive thing to us throughout the whole process was Dircks cared. We experienced a death in our family during this already stressful time. Dircks worked with us to adjust whenever possible. Steve, our consultant, started our process with excellent advice and suggestions to help keep us out of storage under some almost impossible time frames and scheduling challenges. Steve stayed involved and even came by on packing and loading days to check in with us in person. We liked the binding quote [a will not exceed quote] which helped us plan and budget. Steves quote came in almost exactly as quoted [within $7.00!]. Our move coordinator Cammie was very proactive and checked in with us often. She also came up with suggestions and solutions that made the move a smooth process. Our packers, Flora and Betty were excellent. We had ZERO damage due to packing. Henry, our driver, and the crews in AZ and TN were great, very professional, courteous and easy to work with. Jim, the driver who delivered our autos was pleasant, professional, checked in with us along the way and delivered on time. Dircks made the impossible for many ... POSSIBLE! We strongly recommend Dircks and would definitely use them again.

I love this company!!! I have had to move 4 times in the last 7 years. I used Dirks twice, I moved myself once (UUHGGG, horrible idea), I used a different company once....never again. They were horrible...broke stuff, got there 15 hours late just horrible. The good thing is both my experiences with dirks have been excellent!!!! I cant say enough about how good Allen and Manny were. Worked so hard I felt sorry for them...I was moving most of my stuff from a storage unit after 2 years and it was a major dust collection...they were fantastic. All I remember from my last move was that they were very professional and good at their job. But when I did this move and they were so helpful I was sooo grateful. Buying my house has been stressful and they allowed me the opportunity to not have to worry about my move. Thanks guys you deserve every one of the five stars Keep up the good work

We used Dircks for our office move. They were recommended to me by my sister, who had used them extensively in her former position as a Move Coordinator at ASU. The project manager, Jeff, knew his stuff and was friendly and answered all of my questions. The move staff were likewise friendly, professional, and hard-working--we moved to a second story office with no elevator, and had some very HEAVY, expensive printers and copiers to move. The only damage was to the plastic handle of an old refrigerator, and they told me how to file a claim if I wished to (honestly not worth the time it would take! Gorilla glue did the trick). I recommend Dircks highly and without reservation. Their fee (which I feared would be high) was competitive and appropriate to the job. AND they checked in with me a few weeks later to see how we were settling in. Who does that? Excellent experience, start to finish.

I just moved with Dircks. Mike and Sean in the office were so far above normal. They were really really good at this. They answered all of my questions and then probalbly did it again. They made this process so simple, easy and less stressful that I ever could have imagined. Our 4 man crew was awesome. They were cool to my kids, talked to them while they worked and even told a few jokes. I am thankful they were helping our family move for sure. If I ever move again. The first call is to these guys. Maybe even the last as their online system even forwards you mail, and utilities. Really well done for sure

This company was so great I wrote 3 reviews for them! Outstanding customer service, they were in touch with me every step of the way. They loaded my contents from storage without me even present & delivered them 2500 miles away ON TIME. The driver Mark took the extra time & care to pack my contents properly that OTHER movers had left me hanging with. Even though it was NOT his job, he cared enough to transport them properly. His preparation for delivery was top notch & resulted in a seamless smooth delivery. If youve ever had bad movers, it will make you appreciate this company even more.

I have moved over 20 times in the past 40 years with my family, and I have never had a move, nor a mover be more professional, efficient, or thoughtful in all those years. From Steve Hooks visit to assess the charges, and logistics, to the packing and pickup, to the delivery over 2,000 miles away (on time), all looked after and communicated to me by Marcy at every stage of the transfer, I can only say that Dircks is unquestionably the best I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

i strongly do not recommend going with dircks moving services. there drivers and lumpers are very unqualified and unprofessional. not to mention customer service reps are terrible. they are not willing to satisfy any of your needs and are very rude. i talked to women named janet and it went so badly i had to hang up on her. when they delivered my stuff it was damaged and the company made every effort to avoid the claim. ultimately, this company would be a bad choice to go with.
