Absolutely Terrible Customer Service & clueless as well. Wish i could put ZERO stars. The people have no concept of customer service whatsoever. Contracted these guys to move me from Vegas to Phx (not even 300 miles) for 2 PODS (1 for House, 1 for Storage). When Pods were filled, the were supposed to pick up on Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend (5-27-17), the PODS sat in our empty house driveway for 4 days before being picked up. When we tried to find out when they would be brought to us in Phoenix, we got a series of arguments & excuses, the all time winner excuse of which was they only had 1 truck that could go between states & 1 driver who could drive that truck! That particular driver was away on vacation for a wedding, and they could not get hold of him to find out when he would be back! After several days with no communication, they finally delivered the POD for the house on the 12th of June, and when we called them back on the 13th to tell them they could pick it up and to arrange delivery for the second POD for the storage location, they told us they would not be able to pick up the POD we emptied at the house until 9 days (6-22-17) later! They finally agreed to deliver the Storage POD on Saturday the 17th (today). Get this, for some reason they will be able to pick up this POD on the following Monday, which is 4 days before they would pick the one emptied a week ago? go figure. So it is now Saturday morning 8:30 AM, they are here delivering the 2nd POD to the Storage & THE IDIOTS BRING THE WRONG POD! 5 hours later, on a day that reached 112 degrees, and we are still waiting for the correct POD! Again, more arguments & lectures about how they cannot give me a shorter time window, and what they did or did not say about when a driver would be available......... all this after they failed to bring the correct POD this morning? 9 year old kids have more brains than these people. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIMR OR MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS!

Please do yourself a favor and use anther company. This has been hands down the worst experience Ive ever had with a business. Spent $1400 to have my stuff moved from Cave Creek to Gilbert. They picked up one POD and dropped it back off again at the house I moved out of. Im still shaking my head at how dumb you must have to be to make that mistake. Ive spent countless hours on the phone speaking with what seems like mindless robots that have one goal....to make sure nothing gets done to fix my issue. I filed an incident report on Wednesday and Im still waiting for someone to get back to me five days later. Every time I call, the representative handling the report is on a break and wont return my calls. I told myself I would never write a bad review. I usually just think its for people that are impossible to please or just itching to complain about something. Thanks for motivating me to get over that issue PODS. If I can save one customer the headache of doing business with you, then this review had been a success. I really dont understand how you stay in business.

Moving from WI to AZ seemed like a real daunting process. PODS was a fantastic way to go. I was working full time, trying to get my house up for sale. Had the POD dropped in my driveway so I could actually see progress in my house as I was packing boxes, etc. I was able to do this at my own pace. Didnt have to worry about the actual date I needed to be packed up.The Pod was delivered to my new destination and parked there. I was very fortunate to have someone at that end to empty my POD, and all my belongings were in my new home waiting for me. This was w great experience for me. Highly recommended to anyone moving across the country.

To move from Mesa Arizona to Tucson Arizona would cost $800. Someone that moved across the United States costed them $3,000 Im just amazed on how much it cost to move only 125 miles. I thought that was outrages cost. $300 would have been more reasonable. Not $800 to go 125 miles. They pick the unit up in Mesa AZ a third party then delivers the POD unit to a PODS storage facility in Tucson then they deliver it to the place Im moving to, then they pick up and deliver the POD back to the Tucson Pod location. For $800... yikes...

This was the most economical moves I made. I relocated from Washington D.C. to Mesa, AZ. Had I used a full service moving company the cost would have been in excess of $12,000. I used a PODs instead with the quote coming in at under $3,000 door to door. Add another $125 on each end for the movers helpers I used and I still came in significantly less than it would have if I had used a full service mover. I would use them again if I had to make another cross country relocation.

Having moved cross country a few times, this was the first time I ever used PODS and this was by far the easiest and most efficient way yet! This was the first time I did not have broken or missing items.It was great knowing that my belongs would stay packed how I packed them. I will only move using PODS from now on!

this was a very good experience for me! I was a little nervous moving across the country with a POD, but the staff were courteous, professional, on time, and informative, on BOTH ends! PODs arrived at both start and finish as promised, in great condition.

I have found the local group in Mesa to be very helpful. If you call them locally they seem to be able to accommodate and have great customer service. The east coast 1-800 call center seems to be the source of the negative issues and is understaffed.

For us the pod was very useful. We were able to box and store a lot of our belongings without having boxes stored all over the house. The pod was delivered, picked up and relocated then removed at the times I requested.
