While it worries me a little to write this review now, since they currently have my items in storage, I need to write a warning here. We loved the packing crew! They packaged everything with care. They wrapped all of the furniture well, so it appears that we will receive items in good condition. The biggest problem, is the very thing I feared the day I knew I had to hire a packing company to pack and store our items.... The salesman Paul came to our home and gave us a quote which seemed reasonable. I told him, I was worried that the quote would change once they had our items. He assured me that he usually over estimates the weight of items and he felt confident that the quote would be good. Our items were packaged and sent to storage on Saturday. 5 days later Beakins called to tell me that the items weigh 1000 pounds more than estimated and our estimate has now gone up by over $800.00!! What are we to do? They already have out items in storage and we wont get them back unless we pay the additional $800.00! Deeply disturbed by this whole thing.

The driver cut us off on interstate 10 - if my husband hadnt hit the brakes he would have clipped our defrost t end and people in back of us saw him do it and hit their brakes. He continued and cut someone else off and drove in HOV lane. He could have caused a very bad accident by cutting people off and he doesnt belong in the HOV lane. If there was a negative score your driver would have gotten that. We only got part of the license plate number but it was CF 880061 ( I think the numbers are almost correct) but for sure last 2 digits were 61 I also have a picture of the side of the truck if you need that

Hired this company to store our things, then deliver to another state. The pickup crew was amazing. But the delivery crew did not re-wrap our delicate items, and when delivering our things, they were DROPPING things out of the truck to the street. They didnt care at all. Tons of damage, and Bekins response is that the insurance we took out is supposed to cover everything. Really? Even negligence? Even willful damage? Even you LOSING parts of our stove, which your delivery crew NOTED on their reports? I am SO DISAPPOINTED and would NEVER hire this company again.

I never moved before and this was the best experience I could have imagined having to move my family and a whole house full of furniture.....A+ moving company. One suggestion would be to label the boxes a little better with more descriptions on the boxes as they pack them... trying to find specific items once you get to the new house and are unpacking makes it a little difficult with the descriptions are right

Everyone I interacted with during my moving process at Bekins was FANTASTIC!! Would highly recommend Bekins and will definitely use Bekins again for any other moves I make! My move was from Phoenix to Chicago, and they were very organized, friendly and efficient. Made my life much easier and very good pricing. All of my belongings arrived safe and sound and in a timely manner.

Luis Garcia and his partner packed my belongings in the truck. They were so nice and understanding that I was nervous and not as prepared as I thought.
