Had house hold goods dropped off today from military move from Colorado to Arizona and the crew was prompt and on time. They seemed ready to work however after everything was unloaded from the truck the driver Gilbert and lead person didnt want to do much else. I was entitled to a full unpack and they were supposed to put the furniture back together that was taken apart. So again Gilbert who was responsible for putting my sons bed back together failed miserably due to the fact he put everything on incorrectly and tried putting holes in spots that didnt have the pre drilled holes and then quite halfway through the project and left it be. Then two office desk were shoved into a crate and both got damaged due to negligence on loading them from the storage unit. (I know this to be the fault of the company as I heard two of the guys discussing how they had a new guy at the warehouse who just throws peoples things. I also had several other things broken on this move. What is most upsetting is my wife and I couldnt get our bed back together at all due to these guys stripping the screws (and no its not a cheap particle board bed either). Lastly we were asked do you need anything else from us and when we responded with please help unpack the the kitchen things so you may take the boxes (again I am entitled to a full unpack) Gilbert just complained about there being no room to put the things unless we wanted them on the floor. I had a really good crew pack us up in Colorado Springs however the unpack was a nightmare and I do not wish that stress on anyone and do not recommend this mover to anyone.

Worst moving experience Ive ever had! Office manager Rose was rude and threatening on the phone and the movers were unannounced and ill prepared. Olympian worldwide moving company had stored my non-temp storage items from a military move while I was overseas. They were supposed to set up a time and day to deliver the items but instead they just showed up on my doorstep and demanded to unload the items or else I would be financially liable and would be billed at an hourly rate. On top of that they didnt have the proper equipment with them to move the heavy items and insisted that they would leave them in the driveway and that I would be responsible for moving it myself later. With the military I didnt have a choice on selecting a moving company but if I did I definitely would not have chosen Olympian. If youre looking for a reputable moving company, do yourself a favor and choose someone other than Olympian.

We used Olympian Worldwide Moving and Storage when we moved from Scottsdale, AZ to Sequim, WA. My first encounter with Jeanie, the sales person was very comfortable and I knew from the start that she had been doing this forever. She was confident, relaxed, and professional. She was great about returning my calls and answering questions. My list of things to move continued to grow on a daily basis! I did most of my own packing so when the driver, Mike and his crew arrived they immediately got organized and loaded their truck and left our home within 6 hours. They were courteous, efficient, and extremely well trained with years of experience. Our furniture and belongings arrived as promised in 4 days and the crew was just as accommodating and efficient on this end. Thank you for making a very stressful situation as easy as possible! I would highly recommend Olympian.

Allied Olympian moved me from Phoenix to Denver in March of this year. I would use them again without question. The packers were on time and professional. The truck arrived on schedule and was at my destination exactly when they said they would be. Not a thing from my 4 bedroom home was damaged, scratched or broken! It was all packed and unpacked with the utmost care. I would highly recommend using them if you are moving.

The entire move from Scottsdale to Chicago was faultless. The crews are both ends were professional, quick working and polite. All goods arrived in good order. Would definitely recommend Olympian to any one.
