Worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. If you value your things I highly recommend you seek out another moving option. U pack is not worth the few dollars saved over its competitors as you will pay more in the long run. My items arrived damaged, the container was left in an area which made the ramp unaccessible to be used on the receiving end forcing me to hire additional movers to access my belongings. The bulk head door was broken due to transit. U packs customer service is extremely poor and their response to my experience was only valued at $150 after spending $3000 with the company. I am a business owner myself and would be embarrassed if my company handled a matter like this so lightly and placed an insulting value on compensation.

They were great! I was super skeptical from reading some reviews not only about U-Pack but pretty much every moving company. But they did an amazing job, from dropping off the trailer to delivery both drivers were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was damaged, I had a very large mirror and it shipped just fine.It arrived exactly when they said it would, 5-7 business days all the way from Tempe AZ to Valparaiso IN, they picked the loaded trailer up on July 13th and it arrived at my new door July 18th. It was easy to get a hold of them to pick up the trailer both times and their price was really good and exactly how much the quote said it would be. it was a very easy stress free process. very happy with U-Pack/ABF Freight.

We had an excellent cross country move using U-Pack. Not only was the quote lower than PODS or other similar services, but it was lower by nearly $1500. To save even more money, U-Pack allowed us to load our belongings into our two pods at their freight site in Indianapolis. The best part is they still allowed to have it delivered here in Phoenix (for only $200 more). All of our belongings were recieved without damage in the exact condition that we put them into the pod. We loaded on a Wednesday and our pods arrived in town by the next Monday. Excellent customer service on the phone as well as with the local U-Pac/ABF offices! Will use again!

Horrible, gave me a quote, shipped my package they wouldnt let me pay and said someone would call once placed on truck.I had tocall them 48 hours later to pay them. Which was higher than I quote given to me originally.My sisters motor is sitting in eugene, oregon because now there claiming I have to pay more now.They are claiming the shippers in Arizona never weighed it, and they charged me more for shipment and have no record if it ever beibg weighed.Contacting bettet business burearu and sueing .

I live in VA and had my stuff moved here from AZ. U-Pack is the best company in this line of business. PODS wanted more than twice what U-Pack offered me. The customer service set everything up with ease. They delivered everything on time, and in great shape. I was able to track my order the entire time. If you want a good experience, use this company and you will be satisfied, especially now a days when customer care and quality service are rare. Thanks for making my move stress free u-pack.

I am satisfied with the service provided by upac and the team. They are friendly and cooperative. The shipping was delivered in expected time. When I didnt had open parking space to place the container, the delivery person has helped to unload the stuff and took back the container with him. Positives: Cost effective, delivery on time, Friendly delivery team. Negatives: They dont have loading/unloading services, but they have recommended third parties for the services.

I moved from Arizona to Texas and this company did a wonderful job. I was worried about the using them because they were half the price of the other quotes I got. They were very professional and dropped off and picked up the truck when they were supposed to. They gave me updates on where our belongings were. You hire loaders so I dont understand the other reviews blaming them for damaged belongings. I will use U-Pack for every move!!

I would definitely recommend UPack to anyone moving across country. Everything went very smoothly-- from the drop-off of the relocube to the delivery and pick-up of the cube. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was super helpful. They arrived on time and my belongings arrived safely. It was definitely worth the extra money to not have to deal with driving a moving truck.

I would recommend UPACK. They were easy to work with and the times of delivery and pick up were all within a reasonable time of what they said. I was in charge of taking care of this for friends/family and it all went smoothly. I like the idea of being in charge of own packing as that will determine how your items will get delivered. We go 2 relo cubes.

U-pack was courteous and helpful on all phone calls. ABF was the real hero here. They were very flexible with us as we had a disastrous experience with simple moving labor for the load and unload. ABF worked their schedule so we could have the pod picked up before the weekend and not get into trouble with our new apartment management.

AZ to Ga was fast N Easy. All of the drivers were very patient and gave good tips on moving. Loading and unloading was mad very easy. My driver who delivered to Ga was AMAZING. It was raining and he assisted with taking down the ramp for me. Me moving my 70yo mom here to Ga was made simple all because of U-pack!

Dont use this company. They damage your belongings but do not document it so that you can file a claim. They take far longer to load and unload than they estimate.
