My original appointment was set for 1PM. I was called the day before and asked if I could possibly move my moving day. When I explained why I couldnt I was told they could still make it happen. At 3, I got a call saying they would be there by 4. At 4:15 I called and was told they were on their way. At 4:45 called the office and Josie told me she would call the move and call me back. At 520 I got another call telling me they were on their way. The actual start time wasnt until 6 pm. By this time I had several hours wasted just waiting because of repeated lies of arrival times. Moving items in the cloud cover, sprinkling and dark of the evening due to the delay did not help. Stuff happens so I called the office and spoke with Josie to ask what kind of accommodation could be done. I suggested send an extra mover to help, or over and extra hour, or a monetary discount. The running that was THE most frustrating, was being told my 5 hour inconvenience was worthy of only a 5% discount and thats all she could offer because the owner tells her thats all she can ever do for a customer no matter how long the delay is.

Bannister Moving was fantastic! My mover cancelled on me at the last minute, and Bannister came to the rescue! I booked the move on a Friday for a move 2 days later (on a Sunday!). I even called back and asked for a third mover, and they were able to accommodate my request! The movers were scheduled to show up at 7:30 am on Sunday, and were very prompt! All three movers, Omar, Gilbert, and Alex were very pleasant and took really good care of all of our furniture, art and boxes (most of which were fragile). They worked very efficiently and made a great team. They even "loved" the challenge of making a secondary stop to pick up an 8 tall x 4 wide "monster" of an armoire! It was very hard to do, but they did it, and they did it well. It was a very long day (13 hours), and they did not stop or slow down even at the end. I would absolutely recommend Bannister Moving to anyone who is looking for a high quality, professional moving company!

My sister had a 4 bedroom house and a full garage of things that needed to be packed up and moved to our new house. The guys showed up and kicked butt in packing, loading and unloading a very full truck. They utilized every inch of available space on the truck and came back for a second 12 hour day with smiles on their faces. It must be noted that this was the THIRD moving company we contacted- the first one wanted to charge about $6000 for the move (about 40 miles distance), the second came to do an estimate and never called or returned as scheduled. Bannister beat the price and exceeded expectations. The guys were extremely hard working and fast yet everything was packed and unpacked very carefully. Several large pieces of furniture were placed perfectly and they did an outstanding job. Highly recommend this company!

We had Bannister Moving & Storage move us from the West Valley to North Scottsdale. Four men promptly showed up on moving day and all of them immediately introduced themselves which I thought was very professional of them. My husband remained at our home while they packed up our belongings and I went over to No. Scottsdale to be ready for them on the receiving end in our new home. What a wonderful experience it was. No matter what we asked them to do and how many times we asked them to move an item, they did it with a smile on their face. It was an all day job and we couldnt have been more pleased with them. Everything was delivered and put in place without a scratch. I would highly recommend this company without any hesitation.

Your personnel Anthony and Anthony were the best I have seen and I have moved several times. They took great care in wrapping my furniture and getting it on and off the truck to the new location. My furniture is very heavy and very large. One piece, the curio cabinet is very large and heavy, they carried the piece to the truck and into the new location with great care. I will recommend your company to every one I know who is moving. From the beginning with the quote to the end when all was done it was very pleasant and professional. I have to say it was the best part of the whole moving experience. Even the price was better than quoted which was also nice. Thank you so much,

I couldnt have been more pleased. from my first phone call to the last item moved, everything was professionally handled. This was a last minute move and Bannister really came through for me. The moving crew called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, packed/loaded/drove/unloaded efficiently and carefully. Id worried and planned for a week on how to pack my belongings into the storage unit. After watching these guys work, I was comfortable just saying...you guys know what youre doing...and left the work and organization to them while I read a book!

We decided to downsize and sold our home in April. Our new home wasnt ready until August. Bannister packed up and stored our belongings during that time. Everything was well organized and ran smoothly. Thinking about all the times weve moved, this was the least stressful and most enjoyable (if moving can be that!)! Gilbert was the "lead" on both ends and had a remarkable memory while paying attention to every detail. We finally finished unpacking everything, and NOTHING was missing! The price was reasonable, and if we have to move again, well definitely be calling Bannister!

Anna & Leon did a great job packing our belongings and Leon, Anthony & Armando were great loading and and moving our belongings! it was nice to have the same group throughout the process! They were Professional, courteous, and friendly! They worked together as a great team! They went above and beyond in taking care of our things and putting them where we requested. Bannister moved us from our former home in Peoria to our new one in Gilbert on Jan. 5, 2017. This move was complicated three times by delays caused by the buyers of our former house, but the folks at Bannister shrugged off these problems and delivered our goods safely, on time and at the agreed-on price. Leon, Fallon and Aaron were careful and polite in loading and unloading our household goods. Wed used a national mover in other recent moves but their estimate this time was much higher and they wanted to take two days for the move. I wouldnt hesitate to use Bannister again.

Do NOT use this company! I had a confirmation for my things to be picked up yesterday and brought from AZ to SC by the 26th at the latest and was told when someone showed up yesterday that there was no driver. My things are now getting picked up Monday and put into storage until a driver can be found?! How is this even possible?! So now I am moving across the country and not only dont have my things, but have no date on when I will have my things! Nobody will return my calls or emails, anywhere! This is a complete nightmare!
