Worst customer service and false advertising! I called and spoke to Daryl yesterday for 30 minutes, explaining everything that I need help with on my move. I mentioned that I saw their ad for $79/hour movers and he said that ad had expired but they have to honor it. NOT ONCE did he mention that this ad only included the men and no truck. Why would I hire men to move stuff out of my U haul, of course I need a truck! Daryl set up the move, charged my credit card $158 and said he would send a confirmation email. I never received a confirmation email but conveniently, they had already charged my credit card. I called the next day and spoke to Tyler. I told Tyler that I had scheduled a move with Daryl and I needed a receipt. He said to me "so you dont need a truck" and I said "of course I need a truck, I paid for one yesterday, why would I hire men without a truck?" Tyler then said "oh, Daryl didnt mention that, that the rate doesnt come with a truck?" No, he conveniently didnt or I would not have booked with this company. Tyler was very rude and hostile and had some of the worst customer service I have experienced. He had absolutely NO interest in helping me and just asked if I wanted my money refunded. I cannot comprehend how this company has such great reviews as my experience has been nothing but horrible. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone and will never use their services in the future. It is sad to see a company treat potential customers with lies, deceit and hostility. How is this company even in business if this is how they operate. I am truly disappointed.

Showed up within the time frame specified - 1 man and 2 young men. Very young. All very nice and polite. They worked well, were very pleasant, and got the job done within the time I was expecting them to finish, so I tipped them $20 ea. That evening we found that one of the nightstand drawer faces had broken off. The broken face was laying on the floor by the nightstand. Then we went back to the old residence (where there was still a LOT of stuff left in the garage because they couldnt fit everything in 1 truck as their estimator assured me they could) and found one of the feet to the Foosball table on the floor across the room from where I had all the legs propped against the wall. The foot had broken off and was somehow now across the room. Then last night, 4 days post-move, I find one of the racks in the garage is missing 3 of the 4 brackets from the top shelf. Not broken and sitting somewhere, but completely missing. This would bother me a whole lot less as a whole if I was informed of how things were going during the job. I would, and wholly did, expect that if something was broken that I would be informed. I find it a very bad business model that the process/procedures do not involve reporting mishaps to customers regarding their property. Were taking some time to unpack MUCH of the remaining stuff in the house after spending so much energy just getting to this point. I certainly hope that once were back on that job we dont find any more of these surprises.

It would seem the movers were overbooked on the day we moved. When my husband scheduled this move, he told the representative the size of our home and amount of furniture we had. In the interest of saving time and money, we packed everything and my husband moved most of our furniture and boxes onto the main floor. All that need to be done was load it on the truck. The movers, although courteous, did not all show up on time. Nor was the truck big enough for our belongings. 2 hours into the move they told my husband they had another move scheduled and he would need to move the rest of our items himself. The garage at our home we needed to be out of was still full of items. The items they did move were only somewhat moved into the home. The majority of our boxes were just placed wherever in the garage of our new home as they were in such a hurry to get to the next job. In addition, after they left, we discovered quite a bit of damage had been done to our furniture. I feel that although the movers were very nice they were not careful or efficient. Also they were over scheduled and there time was poorly managed. What should have been an easy move turned into something very stressful and chaotic as we had to recruit friends and family to complete the job. Very disappointed in this costly experience.

My wife and I shopped around and found that Mighty Butlers offered to help us move from our townhouse to our new apartment for half the price of all other moving companies in our area. Now, this is the second time weve moved in the past year and the first time we moved ourselves and it took us over 8 hours to move everything. Mighty Butler sent us two AMAZING movers who were very friendly and positive and they loaded EVERYTHING we had into the truck in 30 minutes. We have tons of furniture that took us hours to put into our house and they got it out and into the truck in minutes. The entire move was done in 2 hours without any problems. There arent words with how pleased and amazed I am with the service I got from Mighty Butlers. The wife and I had done all the packing and prepping we could to make sure we all the furniture was easily accessible and everything was already boxed and we expected to have to do a lot of lifting/moving ourselves to really make good use of the time we purchased but we found that the two people they sent us were so fast and efficient that all we had to do was guide them to what needed to be moved. I absolutely recommend Mighty Butlers to anybody and everybody moving as Ive never had such a great and positive moving experience.

This move was horrendous! Ive used 3 moving companies in the last 6 months and Mighty Butlers Moving was by far the worst! We had a very strict deadline for our move because we had just closed on our house and had to be out the next day. When moving day came around no one showed up or called us. In a panic we called Mighty Butlers, repeatedly, for hours, only to be sent to voice mail and no one returned our calls. Finally, we tracked down the personal cell phone for someone who works there and they scrambled to get some movers to our house, hours late. While moving our stuff they ended up damaging a wall (which I had to repair myself) and our front door. They promised they would come out to fix the door but they never did! I ended up having to personally pay $500 to the new owners of the home so they could get someone else to fix it!!! Tyler at Mighty Butlers promised to send me a $500 check to reimburse me for the cost which, of course, I have never received despite calling them repeatedly. This company is so shady (most of their "followers" on google are obviously fake) and I am so tired of dealing with them that at this point I am considering legal action.
