I have moved numerous times in my life, and have never had such a bad experience with movers. They were super slow, take note that they get paid by the hour. It was a small move a few blocks away. It took them an hour to take the bed frame down, and while one guy was working, the other guy was standing around. They damaged valuable art, the oil paintings were scratched and the frames were nicked and cut. In two of the framed paintings, the glass was broken. The wood on the bedroom set was damaged as well. I was moving into a new house and they did not put coverings on their shoes or cover the floor, so the new carpet was totally messed up. I called the manager to discuss the problem and he was rude and has not returned calls to fix the problem. Would never use them again. It was a horrible experience, and a huge rip-off.

I hired Wasatch Transfer for an in town move and to pack my kitchen. The move went smoothly, however, the packing did not. The company sent four men to do my small packing job. They were finished in less than two hours, but I was charged for four hours of work. In short, I was charged $1056 for less than eight man hours. When I called the manager, he said the additional charge was for travel and prep time. I was only charged 40 minutes of travel on the moving days, and the only prep would have been bringing some tape guns and bubble wrap. I had my own boxes. The boxes were not well labeled - some were not labeled at all and several of them ended up in the wrong rooms, upside down and with broken items. Very disappointing experience.

We used them for our move from Heber City to Boulder Colorado in June 2015. The service was excellent and the movers were very careful with our furniture. Their prices were a little bit cheaper than the other movers I had priced. The owner personally came out to give me an estimate, and was prompt, courteous and helpful. I was a little skeptical at the beginning, as they didnt ask for a deposit and my contract was the quote sheet they had provided. Thankfully, they showed up on time, were professional and courteous, and none of our things were damaged. Smooth move and saved some money. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called and got a quote to unload 35 pallets in 18 spots , from a manager for storage. 10 to unload , 10$ to load per stack of pallets. Driver gets there to unload , their dock is not big enough to unload double stacked pallets , they un-stack to unload and charge double, 200% of the initial quote. My freight is on the dock , so pay up or cant get it. Manager who gave the initial quote is nowhere to be found. 700$ to cross-dock 18 stacks of palatalized dry freight is a rip off, after initial quote of 360, which is also high.

I moved from Sandy to Sugarhouse and Wasatch did a great job with my move. They were fast and efficient. They defiantly went the extra mile to make sure all of my things were protected during the move. They removed their shoes and protected the walls when moving the larger items. The owner showed up towards the end of the day to welcome us to the neighborhood and make sure everything was going smooth. Great service. I would highly recommend them and wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

This company is a joke. We have paid for over 30k in product from restoration hardware and had to deal with this company probably 5-6 times. It is a total circus everytime. They never show up for the time slot and call after the slot expires or not at all. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. They must have flooded their reviews with family members and friends. I have had to deal with them a number of times and every time is a horrible experience.

I used these guys last week, they showed up on time, were professional and got the job done in a timely manner, however, they did damage one of my TVs and poked a hole through the fabric on a love seat. I didnt want to make a big deal out of it, I sent the company a email telling them about it, that I didnt want to make it a big deal, this was a week ago, I have yet to hear back from them. A simple sorry would have been nice.

OTR Driver here. Delivered here, friendly people, good quick unloading time. The dock lights either dont work or they dont use them just go inside and get your ppwerk when you believe your unloaded, cause they dont seem to tell you..lol.. otherwise their good. No ovnp, as its a gated lot after hrs, but you can stage if needed during business hrs.
