Redman Van & Storage..... worth EVERY penny! When my job required that my family and I relocate out-of-state I knew this wasnt going to be like every other "local move" Id done. Which normally consisted of me begging my buddies to help me out and having to call-in every favor I had over them to make that happen. Not to mention paying them with 4 or 5 specialty pizzas and drinks and borrowing my Father-in-Laws pick-up truck for everything that wouldnt fit into our piled up car(s). I knew that type of move wasnt going to be possible for this out-of-state move so I decided it was time to finally bit the bullet, pony-up and hire a "real" moving company to help assist me and my family with our out-of-state move. I was a little nervous because Id never used a professional moving company before and had heard their services were SUPER expensive. Our move from Salt Lake to Denver was by FAR the cleanest, easiest and smoothest moves Id ever experienced and not to mention, one of the BEST decisions Ive ever made! Lennon Natter from Redman Van & Storage was our first contact with Redman Van & Storage. Lennon came over, looked over our entire house and even went with me to our storage unit to be able get an accurate scope of the size of our move. Lennon was punctual, professional, sincere and BEST of all ACCURATE with his figures and estimates! My family and I literally put our things into boxes, taped them up and THAT WAS IT! Redman Van & Storage showed up on moving day (on time) and literally took care of everything else! They loaded up their trucks with all of our boxes and furniture as well as they even went to our storage unit. Redman Van & Storage took all of the loose items we had in our storage unit back to their warehouse/packaging facility and professionally packaged it all! Then they loaded all of our now nicely packaged storage unit items with all of the rest of our belongings from our home into one large truck. Stu, our assigned "Moving Liaison", was the very first mover we met from Redman when they loaded up our house in Salt lake. And Stu and his same team of movers were that loaded-up all of our stuff in Salt lake were the same ones who met us and helped us move into our new place in Denver! Talk about making the process as comfortable as possible. By the time we met up with Stu and his guys in Denver we all felt like wed already gotten to know Stu and his guys pretty dang well. So when they all showed up in Denver for the final move-in we were able to just jump right into it, didnt skip a beat and not to mention we all already felt very comfortable with all of them. Once in Denver we were able to literally stand back and allow Stu and his guys to take over all the heavy lifting once again. They simply read which room/area the box or item was supposed to go to and made it happen. And the few items that wed forgotten to mark the room/area we just told them where we wanted it to go and THAT WAS IT! Once the entire move was over and Stu and his guys had gone. My wife and I were absolutely shocked and could not believe just how easy and smooth the entire move was. Not only that, but we were also shocked at just how fair the folks at Redman Van & Storage were with their pricing. The cost for this now, mandatory service going forward, was NO WHERE NEAR the astronomical costs I was told it was going to be by family & friends. Basically I was told just to "brace myself" for the total cost! After dealing with Brandt, Lennon, Stu and the entire Redman Van & Storage team Ill never put myself or my family through the unnecessary stresses of moving by ourselves again. Theres absolute truth, especially in this case, in the ole saying "Leave it to the professionals!" Ill finish this lengthy review by re-stating the theme of this entire moving experience..... Redman Van & Storage, worth EVERY penny! Adam Graff

I ordered a bedroom set from another company and Redman was the delivery service. When I found out through email who was delivering my bedroom set I did a search about the company and read the reviews. It seemed as though all the reviews were negative for delivery and positive for moving services. After I read all the reviews I could find, I decided to call Redman and find out the ETA of my furniture. Getting a hold of somebody wasnt too difficult (it took a couple of tries) but when I did they were kind and friendly. I was transferred to who was over my delivery and had to leave a voicemail. I waited about five hours and called again and was connected to who I needed to speak with. They located my order and said they would call back later that day to give me a status update on where my order was in their process. No call until the following morning but they did call back. My bedroom set was being inspected for damage. Delivery was set for Friday from 10am - 2pm, it was currently Wednesday. I called Friday morning to verify that my order was actually on the truck to be delivered and it was confirmed that it was. I waited until about 11am to call and see where they were at. They couldnt get ahold of the driver. I called back at 1:15 pm, they still could not get ahold of the driver. I dont think it was until 3pm until the driver let them know what he was doing. They arrived at my house at 5pm and set everything up until 7pm (they worked hard the whole time they were there and it was hot). The furniture was heavy and large. It took a long time to set it up but they did a good job. Furniture was in great condition when it arrived (still is). My only complaints would be miscommunication within the company and the driver, I felt like I had to drive the communication to get updates and keep them focused on my order, and delivery time was way off. They showed up right as we were starting a birthday for my son. Bad timing due to poor scheduling on their part. Oh well! Recommendations: Initiate contact and keep on top of your order Be friendly to them but be direct. Dont expect delivery time to be what you were told (allow yourself the whole day for delivery)

I had a single sectional couch delivered by this company and was left with multiple areas of damage and have never experienced such poor service. I will break down my experience down in bullet points. 1- The delivery was 2 hours outside of the window of time set up. I left a meeting to accommodate being that they didnt give me any other alternative. 2- The "White Glove" delivery folks did not have tools to assemble the couch and had to borrow tools from me. 3- There was no padding, protectors, or damage prevention techniques used during delivery. 4- Couch delivery took 3 hours (If they came prepared this wouldve taken 15 minutes). 5- After delivery I was asked to initial a paper being told it was for the couch delivery. It is my responsibility to ready anything I initial so I am at fault here. But it was done in a matter to deceive and not take responsibility for damage done getting me to sign a waiver on damage. 6- Multiple damage done through out the house. This home was just built and has never been lived in. The path they used to bring in the couch is riddled with MAJOR damage. I will provide Picture below. This experience has been beyond frustrating and it is classless and unprofessional for a company not to take responsibility for their crew. I contacted the company and they simply told me there is nothing they can do because I initialed a paper. Incredibly dishonest and far below any average level a company should operate at. I will tell every one to stay clear of Redman Van & Storage. They are sloppy, dishonest and in no way do they bring any level of professionalism to the market place. If I could give 0 stars I would.
