Great service! Perfect option if you are able to pack everything, load, and unload yourself, but not able to do the hauling. They work with ABF moving services for the trailers. My belongings arrived ahead of schedule, and they dropped off and picked up the trailer bed on the specified days. The quote I got was exactly what I paid–no additional taxes or fees. Because my stuff arrived before I did, they didnt charge me to hold it for a week at the destination facility. I was able to track the trailer throughout the transit time, it was updated every day. Nothing was damaged or broken, mostly because I packed really tight and tied down with straps and cords. Would recommend U-Pack to anyone moving too far for hauling yourself.

We used about 2/3 of a large truck for our cross-country move. We were having a home built, so our things had to stay in storage for several months. While it cost a bit to have them stored on the truck, it was the best solution for our situation. We didnt have to find a storage unit, nor move our things from home to truck, to storage, to truck and to final destination. So we saved some money that way and certainly saved wear and tear on our goods. We have had only a couple of casualties and those were caused by how the items were packed into the boxes (most of which we did ourselves). U-Pack was prompt in replying to all our requests. They kept our things safe, and gave us great service in every way.

I had some not so great experiences with my move from utah to California. As a result I got to meet several of the U-Pack drivers. All were very nice guys and each one took the time to try to make my situation easier. U-pack went out of their way to help this single mom offset some things that were out of her control. Ive used U-Pack for several long distance moves over the years, every move went great until this one, and here they really showed me that they care. The price could not be beat and I trust that my belongings are soundly controlled. They have my business for life.

Ive used a full moving service with United Van Lines in the past and had a horrible experience... They lost and destroyed a bunch of our furniture that they were supposed to wrap. A friend suggested that I use U-Pack this time around, and Im so glad he did!! Everything delivered on time, and was handled with care. If something breaks, its on you because you pack the container and lock it shut afterwards. No one else can open them. I will definitely be using their services again!

The drivers were responsive and timely. The drop off driver was extremely careful of my items and helpful. He showed genuine care and help in delivery of my home goods. UPack was quick and easy and one of the best prices I found. A few boxes did get wet. I recommend using a tarp as it is a freight vehicle, and be careful of precious goods if youre worried about water damage. Everything all in all arrived safe and sound!

I called to reserve my quote, I asked some more information, told them I would call them back which I did in 2 hours, I called back and in the 2 hours they raised the price from 1695.00 to 2178.00, In other words they are dishonest, they give you a low price then when you go to reserve the trailer they said the price has gone up. So I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be real careful

U-Pack was a great decision for my situation. I only give it 4 stars because I feel $1 per mile is a little high considering the size of the box I got. I could see paying that if it was 2 of these boxes. Other than that it was very easy. Scheduling the drop-off and pick-up of the cube was easy and convenient. Id definitely use it again if I could get a bigger cube or 2.

The folks at U-Pack made moving across the country so easy! They were great. Everyone from customer service to the delivery guys truly cared. We had 3 relo cubes and did take extra care in loading. We used many packing blankets and strapped everything tight. All 3 cubes arrived in the same condition they left. Thanks U-Pack!!!

Time: Great service- we moved across the country. They left and arrived on time. The tighter that you can pack your things the better because items will ALWAYS shift in a move. Cost: They are upfront about costs and charged us exactly what was quoted. Even gave us a discount for being students. I will use them again.

UPACK was the best! Fast and Affordable. I thought moving across the country was going to be horrible, but with UPack, they made everything go smoothly. Couldnt beat the price, especially with not having to drive yourself. Upon delivery, the driver even helped unload the truck, which was beyond generous.

This is our second move where we have used U-Pak. The first from Houston to Manhattan and recently Ithaca, NY to Boise, ID. Both moves went extremely well. Pods were delivered on schedule, picked up on time and the staff always courteous and very helpful. We would highly recommend U-Pak.
