If I could give a zero I would. Choose Pods over other companies due to promised delievey time. It was more expensive but time was a factor. We move from Illinois to Arizona. We were told only 3 days needed for delivery. We called to set it up and were told earliest time for delivery is 10 days out. So, after a very long call no one is willing to help us. Havent had our stuff for over 2 weeks, going to be almost 2 more weeks. We have to reschedule internet, TV and electric hook ups again. We also have to spend this time in either a hotel or buy new furniture since everything we own is in that Pod. Customer service said wont help and said that our only option is to hire movers to pick up our stuff from the facility and pay for it ourselves. This is ridiculous if I would have known that from the begining I would have choosen a cheapoer option with the same time frame.

We moved cross country from Minnesota to Sun City, AZ. We used PODS moving. Everything went off without a hitch. The POD was delivered to our old home on time by a very courteous driver who parked the POD in the driveway exactly where I asked him to. He instructed me on how to use the door and the lock. He called me when he picked it up and asked me if I had locked it as instructed (I had, but asked him to check it). The POD was delivered to our new home on time and without a thing broken or shifted in transport. (Did you "beam" the thing all the way to Arizona?). Everyone that I dealt with at PODS was courteous, polite and professional. I highly recommend the experience to anyone contemplating a move cross country or across town!!

Pods sounded like a great thing. The initial delivery and pick up went good, but thats where the good ended. When I set up the initial appointment for Pods I was told when you are ready to have you pod delivered call and it will be dropped off within 3 business days. That was a LIE! I called Pods to set up a drop off and they said the earliest day for drop off is 9 days out! If I wanted to wait 9 days I would of went with another company. I paid the premium price for Pods expecting the service they promised but instead I am going to end up paying more to hire another moving company to do what Pods promised. Would NOT EVER recommend Pods to anyone!

This was the second time we used PODS for a move in the last 5 years. Both times were excellent experiences. POD showed up on time, courteous drivers placed it exactly. Back on time for loading. Turned out we had to extend the storage time twice for three months because our new house wasnt complete, but they accommodated us very well each time. No damage, no problems. Delivered on promised day and time, picked up next day. Perfect. I hope well not move again for awhile, but Id definitely use PODS if we did.

This was the best move ever!!! The POD was delivered on time, and picked up on time. Not one thing was broken, It was at there storage site for 3 months, as we sold the house in 2 days, and the new one was being built and not ready. I would do it again. Thanks POD people!

I was so happy that I decided to go with PODS. Everything went as smoothly as one could expect to go moving from Pittsburgh PA to Phoenix AZ. Without a doubt if your looking for a moving company, you cannot go wrong with PODS.

Moved from Illinois to Arizona. PODS moving allowed us ample time to load up and then move in at the other end. The telephone and online communication was easy and accurate.

Wouldnt deliver and had to rent a u-haul after paying way too much. Check elsewhere before using Pods.
