I always come here for lunch because I work across the street. Well they are transitioning to Panera bread. So they didnt have my favorite sandwich anymore. The sandwich I ordered instead was a turkey deli sandwich. They literally just made 2 small sandwichs with sliced bread you buy at the store. It the most disgusting sandwich ever. I am not sure what kind of turkey the purchase now but it tasted cheap and disgusting. They use to give you a cookie with your meal too. Not anymore. I think I will stick to their salad and soup for now on. No hope for their sandwichs.

Ordered paradise pasta with side of chicken and I didnt get my order after 20 min. so I asked for my money back. The gen. mgr. apologized and was making a scene with employees asking them, you didnt see this ticket. She could have handled that situation better by talking about it later since I was already frustrated that my order took so long and none of it had to be cooked or heated.

Went in with my family after my brothers graduation and the cashier who rang us out was very rude and acted like we were beneath her. Shardette was her name and you could tell she was refraining from rolling her eyes after I gave her look for doing it multiple times to my mother who drove out her from California. Very disrespectful

Consistent. Never any surprises - except when they went clean and dropped the Roasted Tomato Soup (which was the reason for my first visit there). The new tomato soup is just about as good though, and everything Ive tried from the new clean menu is good - just different. Given a choice, I would go back to the original menu.

This is without a doubt the best salads and sandwiches in the valley. They use excellent meats and ingredients for wonderful salads. The desserts are also wonderful. It is a very comfortable place to go and then take a walk around the Biltmore to shop. I would recommend this over any other sandwich restaurant.

Gave me the wrong sandwhich! I was given a chicken salad sandwhich when I ordered a chicken and avocado sandwhich with multiple add ons. Waste of the extra 3 dollars I spent. The worst part. They actually double checked my order before giving it to me. And the sandwhich was disgusting to top it off.

Went into place an order for 10 people waited in the line was told that I had to come back in an hour and 20 minutes to pick up my order my question is is whats the difference between one person standing in line ordering 10 and have it 10 people stand in the same line in order the same exact thing

Nice location and I love their food. Great placr to stop snd take a break while shopping. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I once had a customer yell at me in line for taking too long to pay, but that had nothing to do with the location. 10/10 will visit again.

The food and drinks are great. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is multiple tables with electrical outlets in case I need to do some work while Im there or charge my phone while I grab a quick lunch. They also have a strong visitor wifi signal.

I wish we had these restaurants in Oklahoma City. Theyre really good. This was near a location I had meetings all week so I stopped by a few times. Everything I ate from sandwiches to salads were all good and I had good service each time.

Hard to find a better location to meet the friends for lunch or a late breakfast. Fast, Friendly, with a great assortment of healthy food. This place is such a nice place to sit and enjoy a coffee, meal, or just hanging with friends.

I love this location, its one of my favorite lunch spots. I consistently receive excellent service from the staff, they are friendly and attentive. The salad and soup always taste great, and the menu selections are not lacking.

I go to a lot of Paradise Bakery locations and this one always feels the most strict. The employees are nice but seem under a lot of pressure. Theres also a time limit on WiFi in the middle of the day.

Although I miss when it was a Paradise Bakery. Panera is just as great. They have a variety of sandwiches and salads. They also offer breakfast items until 10 am on weekdays and 11 am on weekends.

Fancy Schmancy Panera. You know what youre going to get when you come in here, but there is a lot of room to sit and it is a great place to get out of the heat and to refresh yourself!
