After nearly half a decade of coming to this location, I couldnt be more disappointed. A couple of weeks ago, I took a date there on a thursday night, the hostess looked at us, made eye contact, and then completely ignored us. We were then seated at a table that still had pieces of food on the booth from the previous customers. Our waiter wasnt terrible but he wasnt great either. By the time we had gotten our food, we didnt even want to stay for desert. Flash forward a week later. After having talked to Mark a manager at CCF, I take my date and her family to the same location. I can understand a bad night. I figure, hey, Ill give them another shot. There was 7 of us. This time the Hostesses were MUCH more professional and even friendly. However, I was flat our embarrassed of our waitress. She acted like she didnt even want to be our waitress. When a couple of our guests were having a hard time deciding what to order, she made no suggestions and simply said "its all good". She then walked away. Didnt wait, didnt excuse herself or offer an explanation, she just walked away. Awesome. We still had questions about the menu and had to wait for her to come back a second time, 15 minutes later. She pulled the same act, just disappearing after 1 person asked a question. I felt humiliated for choosing this restaurant as the place for an important family get together. I had nothing but rave reviews for this location for the last 5 years. Its safe to say, however, that Ill find somewhere else as my go to.

We had a celebration of sorts -- memorializing a birthday -- this evening. I am not an easy customer to please, but once we were past those stupid revolving door our evening was special from beginning to end. The greeters were friendly and helpful, seating us promptly. Jerrid, our server, was exceptional. He took the time to offer to take pictures of our group, shooting several shots with my daughters camera, and being as attentive as I can remember ANY server being in a long, long time. Our orders were taken, after several rounds of questions we had, and delivered to our table promptly and correctly. The food was universally prepared as ordered and to the right diner with none of the usual "duhhh, who gets this?" weve become used to accepting. We spent quiet time before the meal and both Jerrid and the lady who was helping bring the orders from the kitchen respected unobtrusively. I cant say enough about this service. Alas, we returned home to discover my wife had lost an earing and we called the restaurant in hope that just maybe it was found. The "table section manager"?? named Allie had staff check the booth and indeed, not only did they find the earing but she tagged it and is holding it for us to pick-up. I cant say enough about The Cheesecake Factory at Biltmore -- exceptional -- and thank you for making a memorializing gathering truly memorable. KUDOS

good food....customer service very very bad...i you are hispanic it is not a good place to eat...the server carried 3 plates at the same time (hot ones) through the pizza at my daughter, but at the time that she place down the hot burger hit my baby sister shoulder with the plate and drop the friess on my mom...the fries was bad since there are serve in a silver cup metal that could cut anybody...no one came over to pick up the fries from the floor: my mother is on wheelchair so i had to get on the floor to pick them up from the floor since the fries were going to get all on the wheels of the chair..not only that but the server started arguing with my husband we had to ask my husband to quite down since the server was going on and on...to say that i had to get up for the tabasco sauce....i paid in full for the receipt ( i just ask the cashier to take off th gratuity )....the food was great but the reason a person goes out is to enjoy the outside atmosphere

Not what I expected! For some reason I had this impression that The Cheesecake Factory was a "fancy" restraunt, & when informed last week that my son & daughter-in- law who were visiting decided to take us there I was a little apprehensive- picky eater & fanciest dining experience was a steak house! I was really happy to feel comfortable as soon as we entered the lobby area, the staff was friendly & we were seated quickly (Im not sure if theyd made reservations or not), the table was huge enough for all 6 of us to have room enough to spread out & enjoy our meal. The drinks were nice, the menu impressive for a plain bacon burger eater, & the portions were generous! I had a very good time & look forward to going back again soon to enjoy some time at the patio area enjoying a drink, bacon burger, & the Phoenix evenings (before It gets too warm!)

When I encounter service industry personnel who substitute the phrase "no problem" for "youre welcome," I am automatically turned off, no matter how much I may like the establishments food and/or drink offerings. I am old school, and will never change my mind about it. The cheesecake is great, but that is not the issue here; it is about something I believe has evolved by way of millennials (a casual lack of respect for customers) into a horribly bad habit that would best be put into the social etiquette trashcan and incinerated. When customers pay an establishment money, it should be understood by one and all that the concept of "no problem" is an unspoken given, and that two negative words do not convey sincerity or reciprocal thanks from people whose jobs are based on service. This trend is extremely disrespectful.

It was packed on a Friday night which was not much of a problem for us, decided to eat in the bar since there was a 20-30 minute wait to dine in the dining area. It Was just me and my boyfriend, and only 2 other people at the bar. Bartender took my order first and said okay Ill put yours in first, I ordered the chicken parmesan with mashed potatoes and green beans. My real rant is that my mashed potatoes werent fully cooked, and even though I ordered first my boyfriend got his order first and I didnt receive my order for another 15 minutes. My boyfriend finished before me and I figured Id get some sort of discount however the bartender just said sorry and walked off. If I am paying $63.29 for 2 cocktails and two entrees I at least expected to eat with the person I came with not after.

The hostess is a disgusting woman who literally checks herself out in the mirror adjusting bra every five seconds. She is so unprofessional. I was very polite to her and she was very rude. I was with a date and she continued to walk by my table staring at me and trying to cause drama. Seriously this woman needs to get a life and stop gossiping with the other workers and answer phones and be polite and make sure customer happy. I will never go to this particular cheesecake factory again . The food was dry and not even warm Replace this ugly hostess with someone more inviting and pleasant. Not some woman who hits on men that are already there with their significant other. Shocked and amazed with what a clown you have hosting.
