I just ordered from firehouse subs for the first time. I asked for no cheese cause Im avoiding dairy for infant as Im nursing. They messed up my order and put cheese on it. I called them and the guy that took my order personally brought me a new sub, I was just going to ask for a credit or something but he wouldnt take no for an answer. Im completely shocked. They dont even deliver, probably going to get fat off their subs cause Ill be eating them forever now. Most bitchen customer service ever, and the food is delicious!

The customer service was exeptional. I usually dont take notice to customer service unless I have a bad experience, but they were so friendly and attentive here that it caught my attention. It was the kind of service I would expect from a much more expensive restaurant. I particularly remember Catherine and Paige being really friendly, coming to my table to check on me always with a smile on their faces etc. You dont get that at Subway. The food was really good too.

I like their subs and the employees are always so friendly. But man the sandwiches take a while here to be made. I usually visit on my lunch break and it definitely pays to order online... I get it, fresh food being toasted before my very eyes. The wait time is just a little too much for me so I dont visit as often.

I am from the North East & love a good hogie sandwich. Firehouse subs takes me back east. Plenty of meat, fresh roll, excellent service. One of the best sandwich in Ahwatkee.

Very friendly staff. They greet you as soon as you walk in. The subs are awesome. I have pretty much tried them all. So good. The manager was very nice and helpful.

The half sandwich seems small but is definitely filling. Try the hook & ladder or the steamer. You can use the app for your order to accrue points towards free sandwiches.

It was decent, Ive tried it several times. Just not for me, which is weird, I love subs. I would say this place is pricey as well

Good substitute I had the #1,but dont let it sit awhile or the bread gets really soggy and not good to eat.

Had the Hook and Ladder Lite. Was surprisingly filling and tasty. Service was top notch.
