Why isnt this company listed as Herbalife? This is a storefront location for the multi level marketing company, Herbalife. They got me in with a "free" shake and health class offer. Then I learned that it is a multi level marketing company with mandatory monthly product purchase required. Very disappointing! I see reviews on here that state how great their Herbalife shakes are.....great tasting maybe....but has anyone looked at the nutrition labels on their shakes and products? Soy protein isolate, Sucralose....check it out yourself. The information is readily available online. Do a google search for "Herbalife Shake Nutrition Label" and see the ingredient list. Seriously, there are nutritional shakes available on store shelves right here in Phoenix that do not have the questionable ingredients that the Herbalife shakes contain. While getting your friends and family healthy is an honorable task to do....please dont do it thru inferior products, a monthly auto ship, a "Wellness Storefront" and salespeople called "wellness coaches". Everyone who signs up as a distributor (salesperson) is given a Wellness Coach title. I wouldnt trust my health to a salesperson!!! True nutritionists, dietitians, doctors, nurses and Wellness Coaches would not recommend these products to their patients knowing the ingredients they contain. Consult with a person that has an educational degree and is licensed with the state to make health recommendations! I felt it was important to write this so if you are not looking for a multi level company to be involved with you will not waste your time going there like I did.

Stay away from this Club! I met with several people this morning for coffee who tell me that the owner M.E. Fusco is a herbalife distributor. This is a front for a pyramid scheme! She will try and convince you that you need to become a Herbalife Distributor. It costs $3800 upfront. She may not try to convince you to become a distributor right away, but shell definately suck you in. Her favorite word "Whoohoo". Everyone needs to come to the wellness club for a shake-up. Shell get you started into Herbalife where eventually you will have to go online and listen to people high up in Herbalife who will cry and tell you they were once in debt, lost their home, are single due to divorce, father died of a heart attack, they were left in total debt and dispare. They will do and say whatever it takes to get you in...so now your making money for them! Read the reviews. Both of the owners of Tatum Wellness Club are creepy! They will lie until they get you in. Whatever it takes!! Be careful people read all the reviews!!

The Tatum Wellness Club is a very inviting, up-lifting environment. The first day I came in I felt welcome. I had a delicious tea gave me great energy and burns calories too! Then had a Strawberry cheesecake smoothie that was wonderful. I am big into health and nutrition so finding a product and place that is here to help and guide me in the right direction is definitely what I needed. I have been attending the free boot camps every week. I used to pay tons of money for the same workout and this workout is a lot more fun!!

Worst customer service. We sat and waited for a mediocre shake for 20 minutes while the employees chatted up everyone but us. When it came to telling us why it was taking so long, everyone was silent. We werent told about any specials but I know what they are because I heard the employees tell everyone else. Maybe we werent cool or fit enough to be addressed as customers. Either way, I definitely wont be coming back.

Not very good customer service. Stopped in to try a Shake and interested in purchasing and having a coach. Was told he would give me a call that same day or the following but most likely the same day. Its now 3 days and nothing. Its fine, I found someone who gladly ordered my large expensive package of Herbalife products. Your loss, someone elses gain. And my LOSS as well!!

This nutrition club feels like the TV show CHEERS. All the partners there are friendly and welcoming. It is a great place to hang out and have a really healthy meal to the alternative fast food. Love the Reeses shake!
