I get a corporate discount at this gym, so I probably have a skewed perception of the cost/benefit ratio, but for what I pay it is very nice. Cardio equipment is extensive with bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, crosstrainers, rowers, stairs, and a few others that Im not familiar with. Large freeweight section with good equipment, many different brands of captive weight machines, many pulley machines, and other bodyweight equipment like bands, kettle balls, weighted balls, and stability platforms. The gym is clean but not hyper-clean (like Planet Fitness, for example), which is the sweet spot for me. Im no germaphobe and dont like having to keep everything 100% germ free, but I know the equipment is still safe to use. Dont lick it and youll be fine. Locker rooms are large, afford reasonable privacy, and the showers are also perfectly good with soap and plenty of room to comfortably maneuver. Ive never used the sauna or the VIP lockers. All of these are included with membership, except the VIP area, which costs extra. My one complaint is a shortage of stretching/yoga/bodyweight exercise space. There is some, it just gets crowded during popular times of the day. Staff has always been very friendly. Ive never used their personal trainers, but they are well-credentialed and seem popular. All types use this gym. There are very intense athletes and hobbyists, casual fitness users like me, old, young, very old, very young, men, women, cardio trainers, weight experts, yoga masters, and anyone else you can think of. They have a child care area, too, if you need to drop off your kids while you work out.

Just find amother gym, this is gym is a scam. First of all, 30 dollars a month for a gym thats not even open 24 hours on weekends is not worth it. Second, if you do get a membership here, be careful that youre not locked into a contract. When I signed up I told the guy that was helping me that I did NOT want a contract that would lock me into the gym membership for a certain amount of time, so he said that was ok and tried to sell me a bunch of other deals. I made the mistake of not reading the membership form and signed it, a few months pass and I decide I need to cancel my membership because I dont have time to go the gym anymore. Come to find out, the bald guy who sold me my membership snuck a contract in there that is keeping me from canceling my membership till December. Oh and I should mention, if you want to cancel your membership it cost $300 for an early termination fee. So in summary, just avoid this place like the plague. Dont do what I did and sell my soul away to this place.

I was a member for three years and then had to cancel my gym membership due to the fact that I had gotten a personal one at home.I asked them to cancel the membership but the manager wanted to freeze it instead and assured me it would cost me nothing if I did. Then three days later charge my credit card for $60 for an annual fee when I called and said he manager assured me it would cost nothing and if I would have known I would not have froze my membership not only would not refund my money but actually encourage me to go to court if I wanted it back. They even admitted they were sorry for The Manager Minnies mistake but refused to fix it. I called Minnie and she told me too bad I felt that way but also refused to fix it. She even admited she missed freezing the account. This company will not only rip you off but then refuse to make it right. If you need to cancel call your credit card and get a new number because they will keep charging and do nothing to make it right.

I have been going to this gym for over eight months and it is clear that they do not maintain the equipment. I would say close to half the treadmills do not work at all or will stop randomly while you are running. I raised this issue with the staff and they did not seem concerned and I have little faith they will fix and do regular maintenance on the treadmills. I also find the gym overall to be dirty and not well maintained. With that many people going there, it needs a thorough cleaning daily. I have noticed the towel dispensers are often empty. Finally, I would say this gym needs more variety in classes. There are no spin, pilate, or yoga classes in the evening for people who work.

This is a great gym. It has plenty of equipment of all kinds. Dedicated spin room, tons of cardio equipment (Ive never seen it close to full, even at the peak time in the evening), free weights, and weight machines. The squat racks are often pretty busy at other gyms Ive been to and you often have to wait to get on the equipment. Not here, there are 5 squat racks plus a deadlift area. Equipment is in good condition for the most part and equipment that requires repair seems to get addressed fairly quickly, no sitting for months with an "out of order" sign. The locker room is spacious and pretty clean. The showers are fine. Overall its the best gym Ive been to.

These people are flat out liars. They told me Id only have to pay half of my remaining balance in order to cancel but now they are going back on that. It was the actual general manager who told me that as well. Im about to have a baby and havent been able to use my membership because of difficulty with pregnancies and wont be able to use it when the baby comes because of childcare. Not impressed and will never be back (and will go out of my way to NOT recommend you guys, too). Not to mention their equipment is super old and in crappy condition as well... The ladies at the childcare are very nice though. This review is for the gym itself.

1. Name is misleading it is only open 24 hours on T/W/TH on all the weekends it closes at 10 or earlier. Other locations seem to be 24hours * so over half the week it is not 24 hours but it is the same price as other locations 2. Pricing is terrible. Think the Price is $34.99/month+$39.99 initiation fee+$49.99 annual fee for month to month or initiation fee goes away with a contract for a year. 3.Staff is not really helpful. 4.Machines break alot and is constantly dirty 5.Machines seem older and are somewhat difficult to use

I would give the gym itself a 4 1/2 but the management is why it only gets 2. The manager JEREMY OLSON is by far one of the worst managers Ive had the "privilege" to interact with. Hes extremely rude, abrasive and arrogant. Ive spoken with a couple of employees (which seem to change daily) and the two that Ive spoke with agree with me 100%. So at least its just not the customers hes a d*ck too, its everyone. I went to this gym for 2 years and left for a little over a year, I never had a problem until recently.

Lots of nice equipment and variety but they are not maintained and the gym and the locker rooms are dirty. Quiet frankly if it wasnt next to my house and for the daycare I would not bother. The staff is OK as well. The gym needs to be cleaner and they definitely need to upgrade their treadmills Its called 24 hour fitness but they are not open 24hours SMH Their daycare facility is makes up for it a little. The ladies at the day care are very nice and good with the kids .
