In December, 2013, Target had a breech of their credit card accounts. We had used our cards at their facility and online for purchases during the breech. As a courtesy, our card issuing company sent out new cards in case our information was compromised. Unbeknownst to my husband, his card was on file with Lady Fitness, although he never approved them to do so and Mary Jayne never signed for automatic payments. Because they were taking the money out monthly and now the card they had on file was no longer valid, payments for the membership were declined. In March 2014, the payment for $10.65 was declined and a $15.00 fee was added. They tried again to take payment in April for yearly fees of $21.25 and monthly fees of $10.65. Both were declined and fees assessed gain on the 22nd. They, National Fitness who is the billing company, sent out a letter April 23rd notifying us for the first time that payments had been declined and/or returned. At this point, three fees were placed on the account before notification of the first non-payment. Upon receiving the letter, we called right away to find out what was going on. The rep for National Fitness, I believe her name was Rose, said they couldnt do anything more than lowering the fees to half of what was charged. My husband respectfully declined and stated we would contact Lady Fitness and speak with their management personnel and try to find a solution. We called and spoke with Kay Marie, one of the managers, explained the situation and how we have no problem paying for dues, but didnt believe we should have to pay for fees when we werent notified of them in a timely manor nor responsible for what the card company chose to do. Kay Marie said she would speak with the owner, Sharon, and get back to us. This initial phone call was on 05/20/2014 at 8:00 PM. After not hearing back from Kay Marie for more than a week, my husband, Kevin Crowley called to inquire as to the conclusion of their discussion (call made 05/28/2014). Kevin was told by the worker that Kay Marie wasnt available. Kevin again called on 06/04/2014 at 1:04 PM looking to speak with Kay Marie. The worker he spoke with this day claimed she hadnt been in and wouldnt until Friday 06/06/2014 and this is why she probably hadnt called back. The worker also said she would leave a note for her to call. After not calling back, Kevin called again 06/06/2014 twice, once at 5:10 PM and right behind it at 5:12 PM. Kay Marie said the owner was sending an email and we should know something the following day. Monday, 06/09/2014 after once again not hearing anything back, Kevin called and spoke to Kay Marie again at 5:30 PM. He was reassured they would contact him the following day with the decision. Today, 06/24/2014, Kevin called again at 4:58 PM and spoke with Kay Marie. To this point, nothing had been reconciled and we had even paid all dues owed as a good faith on 06/14/2014. Kay Marie now informed us there wasnt anything they could do and wed just have to take it up with National Fitness. We were charged another set of fees and now owed $55.00. $35 in fees for a national company is nothing. They chose to jerk us around for more than a month, more fees were caused and now we had to pay the fees before we could cancel. Lady Fitness and National Fitness chose to charge fees for an extenuating circumstance caused by the card issuing company and a national retailer which was looking out for our best interest. We paid the fees as to not have anything pressing on Mary Jaynes record, but do not agree with the manner nor conclusion of the actions by either company. They have wasted time, money and caused a lot of unnecessary stress because of not wanting to fix something very easily fixed. Do not use this gym as they will jerk you around, charge fees when they dont have a signed contract and then do nothing to rectify it.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! I signed up for a 3 yr membership (cheapest) and for the daycare program (not being informed at any time that the daycare was part of the three yr contract) after signing the papers I took my son to the daycare and noticed problems right away (worked in daycares for 4 years) there was one VOLUNTEER, aka mom who volunteers for 2 hours a week for free daycare, who was alone with 12+ kids, law states that certain age groups need different number of adults supervising, should have been at least three adults for the number and ages in the room. Didnt think much of it And regret it. During my class I look in on my 4 month old being ignored in a saucer being violently bounced by two older kids (not the last time he was hurt) and the daycare volunteer completely ignoring him. Jump 5 months later, my son is only exposed to certain germs while in the daycare, which doesnt monitor whether kids are sick or not, Im very careful that he is not around anyone who could make him sick enough to be a problem. Well low and behold my 9 month old got the flu and had to be hospitalized. With the extra medical bills and not having any other method of daycare while I worked out I called to cancel the daycare and just keep the membership that I was told I was in for 3 years. Turns out that even after the employee and manager told me I could cancel the daycare Im now being told that I have no choice but to keep paying for services Im no longer using. Regional manager called me to basically call me a liar and that I cant POSSIBLY know where my son picked up the flu, that it could have been anywhere, like she knew more about where my son had been exposed to than me and that she would have NEVER told me that I could cancel. The gym itself was a good place to work out and the classes were enjoyable but endagering my son in an unkempt, germ infested, negligent, child endagering daycare is not worth my time or my money nor is it worth yours.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF There should be a negative rating scale for businesses like this. I signed up for a free trial at this location and everything seemed okay until I informed Misti that my child was a diabetic, and that she needed to have her snacks and diabetic kit with her at all times. This is a medical necessity to manage her Type 1 diabetes. She claimed to know all about diabetes since its "just like a nut allergy". She argued with me at length over the snack issue because they have an ant problem..She left it at absolutely NOT will my daughter be allowed to have her essential food items any where near the childrens area. Prior to doing some activities Misti rudely asked if I was still interested in a membership. She was clearly suggesting that we should leave. While I attended the yoga class I could see through the windows that all the staff were in a circle complaining and laughing about myself and my daughter. To the point my daughter started crying asked to leave and said they dont want us here. I left a review on a diabetic group facebook page stating that I felt that my diabetic child was being discriminated against, and stated the bad attitude of the employee. As you can imagine, the facebook post generated additional discussion of the issue. THE CRAZY PART: The next day I was walking into a movie theatre with my family and Misti (Lady fitness manager)started yelling at me right in front of everyone!!! I had my two small children with me as she threatened me about the reviews and posts I had done. I was surprised and told her that she should grow up. ABSOLUTELY UNNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION
