I cannot say enough on how AMAZING the experience at life storage at this location has been!!! Im an outside sales rep and having a outstanding storage service is priority to my business. First of all the place is immaculate its very clean all temperature controlled and you can even park your car inside to haul things in and out of your car in a safe place and away from the arizona heat . Michale the storage manager is OUTSTANDING always on point in calling when material arrives and making sure the items are placed in the unit. He is one of the friendliest managers I have ever met always prioritizing on customer service and concerns that might come up . The lobby even has an area where u can grab small snacks on the house which is such a nice gesture and always appreciated as well as the water bottles inside. Having my storage unit here has been a wonderful experience ! I would strongly recommend you stop by and check it out for your self, its very different from other places I would name this place the "resort style " storage facility concept where they really take care of you! Thank you management for this great concept!! Keep it up !!!

In 2010, I had to move out of state unexpectedly, and was faced with having to store my antiques and artwork. Having had a negative experience in the past with storage facilities that did not maintain cleanliness and climate control, I chose this Desert Storage because the property was meticulously clean, and the stores environment was perfect for my stuff. I returned to Arizona five years later to find my belongings just as pristine as when I left them. I am now needing storage again, and the decision is easy. After speaking with Jamie and Michael, they welcomed me back like Id never left.

Desert Mini Storage in Scottsdale Az is by far the very Best place to store my priceless things for many reasons. The best reason is the guys..Mike,Jamie and Kyle who run the place. I have never encountered more friendly, kind and caring people. They will bend over backwards to make your life easier. The store is also very clean which represents the storage units. .which i may also add is air conditioned. I joke with the guys that i am just going to move into my storage unit since its so nice. This storage facility is top notch. Always clean and inviting the building is great. However, my dedication is unwavering because of the staff at Desert Storage 74th street. Michael, Jamie and Kiel always go the extra step to make our rentals there a pleasure. Whether it is waving as we go by or helping get the truck rental for our projects these guys are the best. Always a pleasure guys and Desert Storage is fortunate to have you as the dedicated staff.
