Ive rented a few storage spaces over the years, Public Storage, Storage West, Cube, but never had such a good experience. Katrina is all that and a bag of chips; helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly. Prices were great for all that you get; lots of bang to your buck!! Security, air conditioning, clean/well kept units, staff on premises during business hours and very reasonable. I looked at a few of the bad reviews and I think a substitute must have been on or maybe those individuals were having a bad day. I have been back and forth there many times over the last month and its either Katrina or Diana and both are AWESOME!!

Katrina was an absolute joy to work with and a total rockstar!!! She saved our company by providing us with the units we needed and also contacting the other Extra Space for a parking space for us. She walked me to the units to make sure they would fit and made the experience totally seamless. I was SO THRILLED with her - she should run the place!!! Thanks Katrina!!!

She is attentive to our units and knows when new deliveries have come and always makes me aware of which unit to look for certain items in! She is always helping others around the property and is an amazing manager and person!

So clean and fast. The lady working had us in and out in 15 minutes and was super helpful through out our move in. The unit we moved into was spotless and had an alarm, yay security! And the entire place has air conditioning, double yay!!
