I have an outdoor storage space which I have a small pop up trailer. I also have a small utility trailer I asked the employee If I could place the utility trailer in the same stall till the end of July. Both trailers do not even take up one stall. The employee said yes. I received a call from the storage facility and Who advised me I could not have two trailers in the same stall. I advised her of the permission I received she said she spoke to all of her staff and no one admitted to giving me permission. They then demanded I move the 2nd trailer. I asked for one more week because the road at m house is being resurfaced and I would not be able to get the trailer to my house. They refused to cooperate and give me a week in a stall I have already paid for and their staff which lack integrity had given me permission he should not have. So the storage facility charged me as if I had two individual stalls. Not Nrofessional No Integrity No Employee Accountability

MILITARY UNFRIENDLY. My son was deployed and they REFUSED to give the security refund because of not giving 2 week notice so they could "show" the locker. Its NOT an apartment!! How could he call them to notify them when hes deployed? Hell he got his stuff out a week and a half before the end of the month.. sorry it wasnt a full 2 weeks. You people are horrible. Shame on you!!!

These guys are awesome! Weve been renting a storage unit for a few months and needed outdoor storage but they didnt have one available. A few weeks later they called us and held the spot for a few days while we could get out of our agreement with a different place. They are honest and they care.

People renting trucks from this company and running people off the road. Call the company and they say that theres nothing they could do they couldnt even take down the license plate or anything for the truck rental for whoever rented it and let them know that what they are doing is not right

Hard to work with. I spend most of my time trying to get in contact with someone and playing phone tag. They dont charge on the date they say, so my account gets over draft fees. Very unprofessional, I will be moving out this weekend.

I have loved storing at North Fort. I store my trailer in their outdoor storage. I love the reminder calls about rent being due. Not many places remind you before its late and you have a late fee.
