We contacted B K Plumbing and Bath after struggling to get our upstairs toilet to stop leaking. We tiled the bathroom ourselves and put the toilet back on and it leaked, causing tiles to pop up and the drywall ceiling below to bubble up. We contacted a handyman service and he put the tiles back on and fixed the drywall but now a month later the toilet started leaking again. We decided that this toilet was over our skill level and we called in reinforcements! We called and was able to get on the schedule the same day. Juan came out and took the toilet off and inspected it for any major damage to the flange and the toilet itself, he then shared that for upstairs bathrooms, the toilet needs 2 wax rings and not one. He also pointed out other things that the handyman had done incorrectly. Juan then proceeded to get the toilet back on and sealed around the base. I am happy to have the toilet not only fixed, but fixed the right way. I will be calling B K Plumbing back with any future plumbing needs for sure! Thanks for your prompt and expert service!

1) Put a hole in our A/C unit (and had it partially repaired) 2) Destroyed a $1500 astroturf dog run 3) Ruined a drainage line 4) Put the gas shutoff valve in an inaccessible location 4) Back filled using our decorative gravel 5) Broke our flagstone walkway, and tried to hide the pieces in our bushes 6) Quoted us one price, and then doubled the price the day of the install (and did an extremely unprofessional install) 7) Put multiple holes in our flexible drip irrigation line Ive waited 6 months to write this review, to see if I was over reacting, or if it was actually them doing a terrible job. After 6 months Im still extremely angry with BK plumbing. When friends ask for a plumber, I go out of my way to tell them not to use BK.

These guys were awesome from the minute I called, from my panicking phone call to rearranging their schedule to help us in our time of need. The day we had the issue was closing day on our house we bought here in Surprise. "Iggy" came to our house and made our day a million times better than it started out! He was very professional and told me exactly everything he was doing to fix the issue. Im one of those guys that likes to know exactly what is going on. He answered every question I had and it was great! Couldnt ask for a better serviceman. He is definitely an asset to The Plumber Guy business in my mind. Not to be cheesy but "When you want it fixed right, call The Plumber Guy!"

I had an issue with my washer flooding my utility room that turned out to be the result of a clogged drain pipe. I was particularly impressed by the communication of the company as a whole, as well as the integrity, character and professional demeanor of the service tech, Juan. He demonstrated respect in the way he moved my appliances to access the drain pipe and was very cautious with some of my "old" fixtures. He was also friendly and efficient. He had my washer draining again within twenty minutes or so and did not leave the premises until he knew the matter was fully resolved. It was a refreshingly drama-free experience and I will be holding on to their business card.

One of the best experiences. Great communication before the install to make sure I was getting what I wanted, offered suggestions that saved me money and have done everything to make sure I was satisfied with their work and service. They installed a new sink and faucet I purchased on my own and a 5 stage RO system I bought through them. When I didnt like the standard water dispenser it was no problem to install a different one I purchased on my own. I worked with Jeremy who was very detail oriented, took the time to make sure the job was done right and made sure I was happy with the install. Great job guys! Im glad I chose you.

They were great to work with; they answered the phone right away, came out the same day, put protective booties on their shoes before coming into my home, were very polite and professional, they educated me on the problem, had all the parts needed to fix the job and took care of it the same day, and they are very reasonably priced. I had them replace the cartridge in a Moen kitchen faucet and install a little tank to heat the water quickly. It seemed like a fairly simple job but they charged me $568! But what is worse is that after they put the faucet back together the handle was loose and floppy. Within a week it broke off. I had to replace the whole faucet. So all together the experience cost over $1000! Get your estimate first with these guys and ask for a guarantee!
