The Good: First off, I want to say that Katy, who comes to give the estimate to replace the furnace and install the HVAC system is AMAZING!!! She definitely gets 5 out of 5 stars every time and is the saving grace of this company. She also followed me all the way through the process, filed my rebates and was super quick to respond to my complaints/problems. Without her I honestly probably would not have chosen to go with them. All of the bids I received were pretty similar but I felt like she listened to me and was honest about recommending what would be best for me and also getting me the best deal possible with rebates. My system was installed the end of March and has so far worked really well and efficiently with no problems. The Bad: The installers themselves. I was not able to be home during the installation, so I had my roommate give them a key and trusted them to take care of and respect my house. When I got home the house was tore up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they were coming back the next day. Needless to say I was disappointed to come home the next day to see that not only had they not fixed anything from the day before, but there were more issues. There was a large hole underneath my breaker box that hadnt been there previously and also a large hole next to where they installed a filter grate. When I brought it up, the installer did not act like it was his problem. We had also been told that while they had to cut our crawl space opening to make it bigger that they would fit a different piece to go there. When I brought this up, he acted like I was stupid and said thats not something they do. They also left my house a mess with dust/dirt/debris. The Good but still annoying: I contacted Katy about this and she was appalled. She immediately got into contact with a sheet rock guy to come out and patch the holes. She also sent her install manager to come measure the crawl space to fit a piece to it. There was also a leak from where they patched up where the swamp cooler used to be, and they were quick to respond and fix that as well. I can in no way fault them in that they fixed everything they did wrong, but when Im spending upwards of $10,000 for their business I would think they would hire installers who would respect my home to do it right the first time. It was also a huge pain to have to coordinate so many follow up visits to my home since I work full time. Like I said, my actual system has been working great so far (its been a month), but am a little nervous about how it will hold up given the other problems and obvious lack of attention to detail on the part of the installers. I am appreciative of them making everything right and have Katy to thank for that. To sum up this ridiculously long review, I now have a great working system and they did their best to right their mistakes. However, I cant say that I would use their company again or that if I could go back in time that I would chose them again.

I was encouraged with the great reviews to come to Manwill instead of another I was contemplating. Our AC unit was not putting out any air in the house even though the fan in the outside unit was on. When I first explained this on the phone as the reason for my call the technician immediately said that the usual reason for that is a full filter that needs to be changed. I hadnt thought of that yet and appreciated his candor. We set up an appt for their next available time just in case that wasnt the problem. I figured out where the filter was and what kind I needed to replace it. I was having a hard time sifting through the info online about what I needed exactly and how much one should cost (a competitive price). I called Manwill for some guidance and the repairs and parts dept was super helpful and answered all my questions. I asked if I could buy filter media there and they said they had my size in stock. I immediately went over. I brought along my old one still in the filter casing because I wasnt sure what I was doing and wanted to get some guidance on putting it all together. When I came in with my inquisitive and busy three girls I was immediately helped. The main employee at the desk was on the phone but someone from another desk saw me come in and jumped right up to help. They didnt act perturbed that I brought my old filter in and got my new filter media out quickly. I purchased it and then the employee went outside with me to show me how to install it. Sadly, our old filter was filthy and he went inside and brought out a leaf blower and cleaned it out really well for me and proceeded to show me how to do it (pretty easy, which is why Im impressed with his patience!). He gave me a bag to put my additional filter media in and took care of my old media. I was so happy to have thorough help because my house was hot and I was busy with my three kids. Time was a crucial factor in where I received my help. Cost was important too and I took note of the fact that the cost for the filter media matched a very competitive price online that included free shipping. I was very pleased and will definitely be returning for any future needs that they can help with. Even though the previous owner (we purchased last summer) had a service record with a particular company I went to Manwill initially because of the great service on the phone and the time in which they would be able to help me; and I will stay with Manwill because of the service I received in the store. Now my house is cool and the AC is working better than ever. I understand that a filter change is a simple thing and I should have been doing it all along. Thats my fault. But their prompt service, kindness, tact, and thorough service has sold me on their business. Thank you!!

First I ordered my furnace to be cleaned and tuned up. They were fast. A serviceman came the next day. His name was Steve. He did an excellent job. What really impressed me was that he took the time to answer questions I had about an unrelated matter. I was thinking about having a whole house humidifier and air purifier installed. He answered questions for nearly 1/2 an hour - something he wasnt getting paid to do. I was so impressed that with him that I signed up for their yearly service plan and made sure that he would be the one to come each time. Because of Steves answers I also went ahead and ordered the whole house humidifier and air purifier. My family has some special needs in this regards that required a different set up than Manwil normally installs. Again, they were incredibly helpful and fast. Brian was my main contact. He did a couple of hours of research to find out just how to meet my families needs. Again they were really quick. Within two days of my phone call Matt Perkins and Jared came to install the humidifier and air purifier. They had to build an entirely new floor to ceiling air duct to make sure that everything worked. They did an absolutely beautiful job. I would hire them again anytime. After they left, though, I realized that they had missed one part of the installation. I called and Brian promised to have someone out the very next day to fix the issue. Everything works perfectly, just as I needed it to. Overall, the experience was excellent. I will do business with Manwill again next time I need anything done with my HVAC system.
