They sent out a tech named Richard. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the air conditioner and showed me the part that was broken and how to tell. after replacing the part he also did thorough testing to make sure there wasnt any underlying cause. Afterwards, while fixing some plumbing issues in the upstairs bathroom, I was impressed by his ability not only to figure out what was broken and how to fix it, but he also figured out how it broke in the first place. He also told me about some things I could pick up from the hardware store and do on my own or I could call them and they could come back and do them. Previous to this I have interacted with 4 different plumbing companies in Provo, this one blew them all out of the water. I have saved this in my phone for all future plumbing needs. Also, I should note that Im not related, nor did I previously know, anyone at this company. They simply rocked!

I just had one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with any plumbing company ever, despite the fact that it was an unplanned expense. The technician whose name was Allen was one of the most knowledgeable and pleasant plumbers I have ever met. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and went above and beyond to provide me with an affordable and thorough repair. I have complete confidence that the work he has completed will last for many years. If I ever have any future plumbing repair needs I will definitely call Expert Plumbing and ask for Allen because of his knowledge and integrity and the fact that he is an all-around nice person. This is one of the few times I have not felt gouged after a repair man has left my home.

We had a fantastic experience with Allen. He came in a very reasonable time, fully explained the possibilities that we may be facing and figured out the roots were growing into our pipes. He also explained what could potentially happen eventually with our old pipes collapsing. We also had problems with the way out toilet is mounted. Since we are in a super old small house, the piping system It would have been really expensive to get it fixed especially being newly wed college students. He was able to work it out with us to give us a deal and was able to fix the mounting in a inexpensive way. He worked extremely efficient and was very reasonable. Thank you so much Allen!!!

I have needed a quick repair on a faucet before renting my home, and it seemed like every single company I called did not show up to their appointment, charged too much, or never returned my calls. I was almost in tears being fed up with horrible customer service from other places. Finally, I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and I dont know why I didnt find them sooner. They literally came out and fixed my problem in just a few hours after I called. The service man was so nice and professional. I am going to use them for all my home plumbing repairs now. Seriously thank you SO much for saving my sanity and actually doing what you said you were. You guys are awesome!

Not very happy with my experience. I rent a home up in provo, and i wanted them to look at a garbage disposal for my renters. They quoted me 30 bucks to check it, but they ended up charging 70 because they checked it out on a Saturday. Myself nor my renters were aware of the higher fee. Then they quoted me 400 dollars to replace it because it "was broken." I did not want to give them my money because they were dishonest about the fee. If the plummer would have just looked in the disposal and taken out the plastic beads that were put in there by a child, Viola Fixed... this whole thing was a joke!

We had Nixon come and take care of a water heater that had basically exploded. He explained to me about the water pressure in Utah and that the one in my rental was very high due to a broken pressure gauge. He was able to fix that and also went all the way back to the warehouse to get me a special size water heater that fits the space. He was very courteous, and prompt. He came exactly when they said he would and we didnt wait all day. He did a great job at a reasonable price and we will be calling Expert Plumbing again for any needs we might have.

I have never had plumbing work done as a new homeowner so I was extremely cautious. When Nixon showed up he was professional and friendly and got to work. He also took time to explain to me what he was doing which helped make me more comfortable. I was worried that he would try to up sell me on a more expensive fix but the exact opposite happened. He went to work and focused on the little problems and it turned out to be the wax seal being the issue. Super pleased and would refer them time and time again to friends and family.

I called Ben Franklin and talked to the nicest person on the phone. She was friendly, cheerful, and appropriately sympathetic. She said they could get someone out the next day just at a time I was available. Trent Mortensen showed up early, was friendly, easy to explain the problem to, and went above and beyond in fixing my problem, identifying another issue that he easily resolved. The cost was reasonable. I will be recommending them to my friend who asked for a referral and using them again in the future. Thanks, guys!

Riley from Provo, The technician who helped us was named Allen, and he was awesome. He explained clearly everything that was going on, why we needed the repairs we needed, and exactly how much it would cost us. Then, he did a job that would have taken me 2 days in about 30 minutes. He found the problem immediately, and was beyond kind and helpful. Highly recommended to anyone who needs some plumbing help. I didnt feel gouged or talked-down-to, but rather I was happy to pay for a job incredibly well done.

Great service! I called and got a friendly person on the phone who said they would get someone out right away. I had someone at my home in less than an hour and they quickly fixed the problem and I felt I was educated on what caused the problem (high pressure) so we were able to get that fixed too. The job was done quickly and professionally. I hope not to have any more problems in the future but if I do I will for sure be using Ben Franklin plumbing again.

Scott has done a fabulous job. He really helped me understand the problem and made sure that it was properly fixed. My toilet was rocking back and forth and it could have been a couple of different problems - one more serious than the other. He find out what was wrong and only did the work that was needed. I really appreciate the time he took to help me understand. This is a great company - trustworthy, punctual, and courteous.

I was quoted a price of $370 over the phone even though I had all the parts and just needed some more precise tools and a plumbers skills for. I used Real Plumbing instead, it only took 10 minutes to fix the issue and the job cost me $80.00. Avoid this company! The technician was either dishonest and trying to take advantage of an emergency need or completely trying to avoid having to do the job so he quoted an outrageous price.
