A/C condensation drain was incorrectly installed by builder on 15 year old condo, causing water to bypass main line and drain into guest bathtub. Asked if there was a solution to redirect the water flow to the main line. Outstanding quality service from the very beginning. I spoke with Kylee to ask if the problem I had was something they could fix. She passed along my inquiry to Jeff (Service Manager) who called me back for details. After discussion, I was given an appointment to have the drain/unit assessed. Scott and Kyle arrived and thoroughly reviewed the situation. Scott was upfront about the best solution and suggested I call an A/C pro to perform the work. He left me photos and detailed notes to pass along to an A/c tech. When I mentioned that I had previously called an A/C service who came out (and said they couldnt fix it), Scott went beyond quality service when he offered names of a couple of A/C pros he thought would be able to handle the job. I am currently working toward a solution with one of Scotts suggested A/C pros. The staff at Pure Plumbing partnered with me to find the solution even when they couldnt perform the work. They did not charge me for the service call/consultation...how often does that happen?! Very appreciative of everything they did to help me with this frustrating problem. I am planning to renovate a bathroom and the company Ill call to perform the plumbing work is Pure Plumbing.

The service and expertise couldnt have been more phenomenal!! We had been debating on a plumber to call for a while, our shower was switching between either scorching hot, unbearable water, or freezing cold, unbearable water. There was no comfortable in between. We were thinking it was going to be a huge fix, but finally decided we needed to get on it and call someone in. We looked up the best plumbers in Las Vegas, and Pure Plumbing had the best reviews by far. They came out the next morning (I called late the day before and couldnt squeeze them in until the next day) exactly when I was told he would be here. They sent text and email updates that my plumber, Bryce, was on his way. Bryce is an amazing person, I will never use another plumber as long as I live. Prices were very reasonable, it wound up only being a cartridge that needed to be replaced. He came for an estimate but we decided to do the service at the same time.He wound up having the part we needed in his truck and it was fixed in less than 20 minutes. Bryce was so friendly and knowledgeable, he walked us through the procedure step by step to keep us informed on what he was doing. This guy was so experienced and professional, and I am sure the rest of their guys are just as good. I will never use another plumber, I am so happy with the service received.

In an emergency when my salt water conditioner was leaking and spraying water in the garage, Andy was the first Plumber to call me back after several attempts with other companies who were not able to send someone until a much later time. Andy first resolved my immediate emergency by walking me through how to suspend the water until he was able to make it between his appointments. He not only is a professional however a very intelligent plumber who explained the many options to resolve my dilemma and worked with my financial constraints to install a salt free water system and Alkaline RO for under my kitchen sink. His customer service is exceptional and at the time of the appointment Andy who was assisted byTravis did the installation with thoroughness, pride and true dedication. My second experience with Pure Plumbing. First time thru they cleared out a septic line. The first plumber did not do the job but Andy and Travis knew what they were doing and . . . . the job was finally done right. They dont bring along a "salesman" to try and sell you something that you dont need. Pure Plumbing is just as they should be . . . . all business with clear pricing and solid explanations about what they are going to do . . . . before they do it. Second time thru, it was just a leaky faucet . . . . . but the faucet was just too "high tech" for me . . . . . so I was glad to have Don fix it right for me. I now know how to do it myself because of Dons patient instructions. These guys have definitely got any future plumbing business that I may need. Very happy customer!!

Pure Plumbing is an outstanding company, I will continue to do business with this company. My property never had a purge valve installed on the heating system , after some research I decided to select this company based on reviews. I was a little bit nervous but boy was I impress with their professionalism and knowledge. Steve came out and accessed the work that needed to be done and quoted me right there on the spot . Every once in a while, an unexpected delight comes along. Such was the case when I found Pure Plumbing. I had several plumbing tasks that had been put off. When our garbage disposal decided to spring a leak, plumbing repairs become imperative. I found Pure Plumbing online. The reviews were good so I gave them a call. My experience with this company has been nothing short of pure enjoyment. They were prompt, courteous, professional and fair. The work was excellent and they handled it all right away. I rarely write reviews online but Andrew and his crew at Pure Plumbing deserve the accolades. They earned my trust and respect. I highly recommend them! Ten stars!!

We recently bought a house after renting for 3 years. When we started having plumbing issues I was dreading trying to find a honest plumber who would do a good job. Its hard to come by these days. I posted on a Facebook group site if anyone knew a plumber that they liked. A few people mentioned Pure Plumbing. I called and they sent someone that day. They did the job quick and knew exactly what to do. And the price was great. They called me a few days later to make sure my experience was good and they also just sent me a card saying thank you.
