UNRELIABLE COMPANY, DONT BOTHER! Recently had a flood in our crawl space, went through the entire process of a disaster clean up. After getting to the point of needing a plumber the restoration company recommended speaking with Steve at Royal Flush, this was the second recommendation I had for Royal Flush so I reached out and Steve picked up the phone and told me he was a few days out, I figured since he was recommended I would wait for him. The day Steve was scheduled to come out I called him to find out when he was coming, he picked up the phone and said he was busy in the morning but he would be there in the afternoon, hours went by and I heard nothing. Around 4:00 PM I attempted to call Steve, I left several voicemails and sent him several text messages, NO RESPONSE. Extremely disappointed because this guy came recommend and I opted to wait two days for him for him to no call/no show us, thats two days wasted that someone else could have been working on the job and getting us into our house sooner. All the guy needed to do was communicate he couldnt get to me and I would have gone somewhere else and he could have saved himself the poor review, I NEVER write these thing but Im pissed about him wasting my time, my time is just as important as his and he wasted my time. If you want someone reliable Royal Flush isnt for you!

First Rate Property Management has been using Royal Flush Plumbing as a Preferred vendor for years. In our business, were the middle mad, so there are 3 very important things that must happen. 1) Our clients are very price sensitive. Royal Flush meets this need by being very reasonably priced. When forced to get competing bids for our clients, Royal Flush has always been priced right. 2) Quality: Our clients and tenants will not tolerate poor quality or call backs, so doing the job right the first time is very important. Royal Flush gets the job done, right. 3) Lastly, we need someone that communicates well. Royal Flush does a very good job acting quickly once we issue a work order. Additionally, they communicate with the tenants very well. Lastly, if there are additional problems or other issues we need to also address, they let us know right away. They are a great company and I am sure anyone that uses them will agree.

I met this company at my mothers home. She was having Great Floors replace some flooring and they had Royal Flush Plumbing remove a toilet for the install of flooring. When the 20+ year old toilet leaked after reinstall they came right back out that evening and replaced the worn out gaskets AND all the parts in the tank. They would not accept a dime for the parts or labor for what was clearing not their fault. I had several older toilets in my home that I was wanting to replace. They gave me a great price for new ones and remove the old toilets. Very happy with the new toilets. I dont do reviews very often but they were great.

My roommate hired these guys to unclog a toilet in our basement. He didnt come when he said he would (took another two days). Paid $50 for the unclog with a promised emailed receipt... which we are still waiting on two weeks later. Moreover, toilet is clogged again and has been since 48hrs after he came by. Have contacted for them to come over again but they havent. Will be going with their competitor who I have had good experiences with in the past. If you want a good plumber use All Star Plumbing (which I will be) or A1 Plumbing. Royal Flush is a joke.

Steve: One of our clients posted the below review and all of us at First Rate Property Management wanted to thank you for all that you do for us, our clients, and our tenants. First Rate does it right! Thank you so much for the great recommendation. Compliments seem to be a part of the past. Today, everything is simply expected. I called your plumber. He showed up the next morning, pulled the cartridge and returned with a new one - at NO COST. He let me know they had a lifetime warranty and charged nothing but the service call.

Called Steve on Tuesday morning to come fix a shut-off valve to our washer before a new washer would be delivered on Friday. He assured my husband he would have it done before Friday. Called him late Wednesday, Thursday, left message. Called at 7:00 p.m. mail box full. Had to cancel delivery of washer and he never showed up or had the courtesy to call! We have never heard from him. Not too reliable! We are very disappointed that this happened! Should call if you wont do it or cant make it.

Paid them $650 to remove and replace a drain line. Like all the others. He couldnt communicate or show up when promised. Then when they were done the leaking problem we called them for in the first place wasnt resolved it took him 10 days to responde. Then after finally showing up they fixed the problem and he sent me a bill for $85 when they sgould have done it right the first time.

We called to have them come out and fix a backed up sink, its still not working. Each time weve called they told us theyd be back the next day and never show up. This is the 4th time Ive called and they never showed up. Unreliable and we paid for something that is not fixed.

They have done great for us on two occasions. Fast, responsive and reasonable. I have also passed their name to friends who told me what a great job they did for them too.

Courteous and knowledgeable! They have helped me redo both of my bathrooms and I could not be happier with the results.
