Absolutely the worst experience of my life! Did not bring leak detector, ripped-up my yard, broke landscape lighting, killed bushes and shrubs, sprinkler system and took slate stone with them that decorated the walk-way. Assured me that when they were done I would not be able to tell anyone was here! What a joke! Keith, owner, said job would be done in one day. Seven days later job did not pass inspection. He also promised to send out a landscape lighting company. Never came. Called and left over five messages to no avail! Worst company I have ever had the displeasure to do business with. Also, charged me an additional $250 to replace a pipe that had nothing to do with the leak. Leak was actually in one small spot where it would have taken less than an hour to repair had they done their job. Even the inspector could not believe what he saw. He did not sign-off on the inspection because the original leak was never fixed. If you see Rick coming, run the other way! The slowest worker on the planet. Left dirt mixed with rocks, holes, did not cover-up tar paper, left dirt, dead branches and trash everywhere . If only I was here during the so called clean-up. Totally taken advantage of. My home is listed for sale and how can I show potential buyers this mess! The lighting was a huge feature along with the drip & sprinkler system. So, basically my yard will never be the same. I have to replace sprinkler system, lighting and rocks and walk-way stepping stones along with many dead plants. Left trash everywhere! Used my trash cans and did not clean up 3/4 of their mess. Now, I have to do it. I have MS and Lupus and am single and I do not have the money to take care of the damage they caused to my yard. Do not hire this company. Beware, they are liars, do crappy work, and kill every living thing. No regard for homeowners property. Very very upset and disappointed. At least I can warn others as to what they do and how they do business.

Joel comes highly recommended for any water heater issues you may encounter. Great company with fair rates (trust me I called them all). Anyway, if you need plumbing work, I do recommend you give this company a call first,. You probably wont have to make a second call if you do. I would not recommend Jose though. You might ask that he doesnt get called out actually. Especially for your water heater needs anyway. Edit: October 20 2016. So turns out Joel just rigged things up to work, do not use this company. Jose, Joel, Sal, run. Ever since my original review, I have had plumbing problems every month, now the second job Joel did on June 19th messed my entire toilet up. He came out for a simple clog when he took my toilet off, suddenly I need a couple hundred in toilet repairs, asked if I just needed a new toilet and was told no. He left to get parts for about 2 hours, came back, was done in about 20 minutes. Turns out he also cut a big hole in my wall (checking my legal rights on that one) Now 3 months later, the entire toilet has broken away from the floor and Joel no longer works for the company (I know why now), Sal came out and told me I needed $900 worth of work to make this right. No thanks, the money will spent be with another plumber. I was also not really offered a solution, just told that I need about $900 worth of work and that the toilet that was fine 3 months ago was shot and that they do warrant their work for 30 days. Also I understand my house is old and needs work, just that $400 could have been towards the $900 worth of work, I needed, especially considered Joel cut a whole in my wall without my permission. Sal just kind of told me nothing he could do.

I called Anytime plumbing on 03/15/2016 to have a leaking tank to hose gasket replaced on the 22-year-old toilet in my master bathroom. Water was literally pouring onto the floor every time that it was flushed after each use. They were going to come out the very same day to promptly take care of this matter, but since this was not my only available toilet - and thus not an emergency - I instead scheduled this appointment for the morning of the next day, 03/16/2016, when I had more time available. The office called me as expected on Wednesday morning to let me know when their service technician, Jose, was on the way to my house. He arrived within 30 minutes at about 10:30 a.m. Jose was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me an upfront estimate of the total cost for the gasket replacement including parts/labor charges - right around $200. He even suggested (not knowing that I was already aware of this option!) that I purchase Anytime Plumbings currently running deal on Angies List ($200.00 of plumbing work for $150.00) to save $50.00 off of my total bill. Thats exactly what I did. Now that was very considerate of him, dont you think? The job itself was completed within one hour with the expected outcome of a completely functional, non-leaking toilet. Jose also replaced some screws and their gaskets that were leaking and did a thorough cleanup of my bathroom before leaving. This was my second satisfied experience using Anytime Plumbing and I can recommend this business and especially their great service technician, Jose, without reservations for a satisfactory resolution of all your plumbing problems at any time.

I had a new water heater was installed a month ago because the hot water in my apartment wasn’t working. After the installation by Lowes was completed, behold hot water had been restored, but then my heating system stopped working. Lowes had come back to check the installation and claimed that it wasn’t their problem no more and that it was now a problem for HVAC. So…HVAC people came out, took a look at the unit and claimed that it was a plumbing issue. Then…plumbing came out and took a look at it and said that it was an issue for HVAC. I went through a total of 7 different companies claiming that it was either an issue for HVAC or Plumbing. What a headache! Finally, Anytime Plumbing sent J.D. to take a look at the problem. Quite honestly at this point I lost all hope at restoring heat in my apartment, as I had been without heat for over a month now. I thought, Oh great another person to tell me that it wasn’t their issue… But no, J.D. proved otherwise and did an awesome job at troubleshooting the problem. He asked about the history that led up to this point and I think by him doing that it gave him a better understanding of what was going on. He even got on the phone to seek out a second opinion regarding the HVAC unit. I appreciate the time and the patience that he took to figure out the problem and fix it. Thank you for not walking away from the situation like everyone else and tell me that there wasn’t anything you could do! We can sleep better tonight knowing that there will be heat in our apartment! Thank you J.D. and Anytime Plumbing!!!!!!! (^_^)
