I had my first experience with Plumbing Specialist Inc. I must say that it was the best decision I took to call them for the problem I had with y water heater (GE which I will never purchased again.) I was getting the run around from Rheems Mfg which were saying one day they have the part and another day they dont have that part and at the same time we had no hot water for 6 days waiting for the part to come which never did. So i spoke with Amber at Plumbing Specialists. Inc. and "boom" with in the same day she found the part and the next day I had hot water. That girl rock and can get things done. Patrick the tech that came to my house took care of replacing the thermocouple the professional way and was extremely friendly. I am a homeowner, I have put this company in my contacts on my phone and will be my plumber from now one. I recommend these people highly and always speak with Amber. I called Plumbing Specialists out due to my mainline backing up. It was happening quite often and the other company that I had been using wanted to charge me an outrageous amount to fix my problem. The technician that came out to my home from Plumbing Specialists sent a camera down the line, found the problem and fixed it in the same day. The price was fair and I have not had any problems since. I had an all around great experience from the receptionist to the technician. I highly recommend this company and will be calling them if any other problems should arise. Job well done!

I am very happy with the service I received from PSI. We had a major plumbing emergency yesterday. They cam to the rescue within an hour of calling and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Even though we have an older house, which caused the technician many challenges. Will definitely use them again!
