One day, the floor in our kitchen become very hot. After some internet research, my husband diagnosed it as a hot slab leak. We called DMS Plumbing late that night and they sent Doug out first thing the next morning. After a quick look around our house, he diagnosed the issue as a slab leak and gave us a quote. We were already impressed by his knowledge. However, we figured it wouldnt hurt to get a second opinion, so we went through our home warranty company, who dispatched a random local company to take a look at the leak. They were awful, very unprofessional, and quoted the problem to be over double that of what DMS told us. We were not impressed, so we rightfully decided to book DMS Plumbing. Doug was able to come out on a Sunday to fix the hot water issue, but in the process found other problems. He easily couldve just finished that job, taken a check, and left it at that, but he has the integrity to properly finish any job he starts. He and a crew came back on Tuesday. They worked quickly and efficiently. We can finally take hot showers again and our water bill wont be crazy high anymore! The professionalism and hard work at DMS Plumbing is why I would recommend this company. All of the staff is very knowledgable about what theyre doing and the customer service is fantastic. Whenever I spoke to Christina in the office, she was so gracious and helpful. Hopefully our plumbing issues have ended, but if another problem arises, we will definitely be calling DMS Plumbing!

I had a leak in my bathroom & called out 3 plumbing companies. The first company gave terrible customer service. The 2nd one was so - so. They said I had a hot water leak under the slab & had to reroute the whole house. I still wasnt sure. Blaine from DMS came out & showed me how there was water on the outside of the house so re-routing was possible not the right thing to do. When the 2nd company called I explained how their customer service stunk & that there was water on the outside & that rerouting might not fix the problem. This gentleman raised even more questions so when I call for Blaine, he was out & the service manager, Doug took the call. He agreed to come out that next morning and take a look. He walked me around the house, showed me exactly what needed to be done to properly diagnose the problem. Sure enough, it was not a slab leak but a pin hole leak spraying into the wall. He quickly & efficiently fixed the problem! It also cost 85-90% less that what the other company wanted to charge - with out actually fixing the problem. Doug at DMS has earned my business from this point on!

Complete ripoff, check out other local plumbers. I had called DMS Plumbing last summer based on a recommendation from a colleague. They came out and dug two exploratory holes to look at the two gas risers I needed them to replace. Instead of a free quote, they wanted to charge me $2,500 to dig the two holes and look at the risers. Their quote for the project was just about $6,000 - insane for what needed to be done. I called another local plumber and got an actual free quote - just under $1,000. The other plumber did a great job at a fair price. How in the world could DMS justify 6x as much for the same job? Maybe they were trying to take advantage of a new customer. I may not know plumbing, but have enough common sense to know they are a ripoff.

This used to be a reputable company but apparently they have hired some really terrible techs lately. First they call me to tell me the truck broke down and they have to move the time around. This guy shows up randomly without calling 2 hours later. Without even looking at the tub thats clogged throws out a random quote and says he cant work on it because i poured in some draino a couple of days ago. What plumber turns down a repeat customer because they tried draino first without LOOKING at the situation? Who doesnt try draino first??? This company has gone to crap and i have spent over $1000.00 over the past 2 years alone. I guess its time to move on. Will try Precision Plumbing looks like they might actually care about what they do.

They came to my house to fix a drain that was backing up 3rd plumber we had there. First one to say we should get a camera and see whats going on. They used the camera told me there was a break in the line. We need to replace the pipe. Said they would get back to me in a few days with price. I called 4 days later said they would have someone call me. They never did. So I called another plumber. Thank goodness I did! because there was no break in the line!!! just a bad clog that was very difficult to. My pipes are working fine now. Thanks to Precision Plumbing. Theres lots of good reviews on here about Dms. be careful as they may have posted those good reviews them self. Dms did get $550 out of me for a false diagnosis.

Had a huge emergency at my house. All my bathtubs and showers were overflowing with water while my housekeeper was here cleaning. Called DMS plumbing and believe it or not they sent someone here within 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. I needed it badly because I was heading out of town that night and could not afford to have my house full of dirty water. Doug the technician fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He also went back to where the clog was and made sure everything was still clear 15 minutes later. Thats service above and beyond the call of duty. I cant recommend these guys enough. Ive never been happier with a plumbing experience than with these guys. And the price was totally reasonable.

My boyfriend thinks hes a handyman and tried to repair our toilet himself, but only managed to make matters worse. What started as a clogged toilet, ended up as sewage spilling out UNDER our home. I was going to call our old plumber, but had previously received a mailer from DMS Plumbing advertising discounts. With a 10% off coupon, the cost of repairs and clean up were more than reasonable. Their dispatcher was very understanding as to the urgency of the matter, and even put their master plumber, Doug, on the phone to give me instructions on what to do to stop the spillage until their technician arrived.

They came out to fix a plumbing issue at a business. Then forgot to put the sewage cap back on. Now the front of my office has sewage and fecies everywhere. They are Saying that they werent here and did nothing. But I have video surveillance of their truck and plumbers doing it. And video of them leaving without putting the cap back on. The lady name is gaby and says shes the manager. Very rude. She said that I can go put the cap back on. I said that this is NOT my job and I dont know what kind of disease is in that stuff. I would highly recommend using a different company. For sure.
