Do not call these guys! Unless you want to be robbed. First of all they dont charge by the hour - they charge by the job. I should have smelled a rat when I heard that but I couldnt seem to find anyone else locally that would snake a drain. When they showed up and my wife answered because I was out of town Im sure they really saw dollar signs. They told her it was going to be $250 to snake a sink drain! I told her to them no but by then it was too late. To top it all off it took less than an hour to complete the job! Outrageous. I just had a drain snaked at my house up in Oregon and it cost me $85. There has to be a better option in the desert I just dont know what it is.

I have been using Mr. Rooter since I moved to the desert 5 years ago. Dave the General Manager is professional, knowledgeable and always makes sure I know what he is doing and what I will pay before he starts the work...no surprises! This is not always what you get with other plumbers, trust me! I recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone that has a plumbing issue -- from a leaky pipe to replacing my hot water heater...Dave and Mr. Rooter is the only plumber in the desert to use!

Visiting the desert with friends and the hot water wasnt running. Contacted the home owner and a Mr. Rooter technician came out to the house within an hour. The technician was professional and friendly. We had hot water running within no time! David and Maria are awesome!

I had a terrible experience, when the technician tried to take advantage. We had a plugged sewer, called Mr.Rooter. For a 30min job they wanted $400 which is a total ripoff. We sent him away and ended up paying $150
