These guys are great and honest. If you want my detailed experience keep reading. When ever i have to call someone to do some repairs it is always with some trepidation. I called Before and After Plumbing to fix a nasty clog in my main line at home. They took the call, phoned me to tell me they were on their way and called me again with a full assessment of the situation. Ryan (the owner) clearly explained what was going on and how he would attempt to fix the clog, but was very clear that if that did not work, he would have to take a more aggressive and expensive route. He assured me that if the second option was taken he would call me and advise me before he started the work. Ryan was able to fix the problem the first time and also fixed a leak that I didnt know about that was totally unrelated to the clog. He also replaced some parts that were showing wear. From the time I called him til it was done was about 3 hours and the total cost was $370.00. The pricing was all very clear before he did any of the work . As he was quoting the price, I could tell he was working off a price sheet which tells me that he doesnt pull prices out of the air.

Ryan just left a few minutes ago and I feel I owe it to him to write a review before I go to bed. We discovered a leak Saturday evening. It was small, but had soaked part of our carpet. Dreading what it would cost even IF we could find someone to come out after 7 PM on Saturday, we called Before & After Plumbing. I was told Ryan would be here between 8 & 9 when he finished another job. He was on time and he was cheerful in spite of the hour. The leak was in a difficult place and even after he had it fixed he felt it really needed a different repair than the one he had done. His work looked good to me, but he was not satisfied with it. He asked me if I would mind if he essentially started over, as he was not totally confident in the initial repair. I could see dollars adding up, but I also saw the rational of what he proposed to do. It was a much more solid fix and rather than running up the price, he charged us less than we had originally discussed. He will be the one we call for any future work!

We were referred to Ryan DeMilto by his associate Bob Cole of Cole Plumbing. Our toilet had been leaking for sometime and rusted the old cast iron flange. Because out home was build over 60 years ago it would required a plumber with old school knowledge. Ryan knew exactly what had to be done. He first had his associate Iggy come out, he carefully cut out the old flange attaching the new one. the next day Ryan did a final inspection and made a few more adjustments. With a modern flange and pipes rooted out, we are very happy. Ryan and his associates worked hard and did a professional job at a fair price, we highly recommend them.

I ran into Ryan while I was at the plumbing store buy parts to fix my shower faucet. I showed him what I was doing and he quoted me a flat rate to do the work. It was competitive with the other bids I had. He called ahead and showed up on time. HE was very polite and you could tell he knew what he was doing because he made it look easy. I know it wasnt. He left the area clean and gave me some tips to help keep things in shape. When he gave me the bill it was exactly what he quoted. I would recommend him to my friends and family. I called to make an appointment for someone to come out and check the hot water pressure in our kitchen. Originally they told me they can have someone come out the next day but I asked if someone could come same day and she made it happen. Ignacio arrived and was knowledgeable about every detail that he explained to me. He ended up changing out the supply line and valve and it fixed the issue right away. I would recommend this company because theyre quick with what they do and they actually know what theyre doing and theyre affordable as well if your home warranty doesnt cover basic things. ;)

We were very satisfied with this service. We had a gas line running to a fire pit that had no shutoff valve except at the pit itself. Called one day--Ryan arrived the next, gave us an estimate, and said he could do the job right then. Professional friendly service and the job was done at less than the estimate. Before and After will always be our plumber.

Ryan was so helpful and friendly. He did everything he could and it seemed that he fixed the problem. He gave me his card and told me to call right away if the problem re-occured. He was here about 20 min or so. Now get this: No charge at all. I will always be using this plumber. I am happy!
