Hands down a wonderful experience! I just took my car into Max Automotive and the mechanic Terry was amazing. This was my big 90k service for my Lexus and after being quoted $1500 from the dealer I decided to shop around and was given his name from a co-worker who used him. I cannot say enough good things about what a great experience it was. He got back to me with a written quote within 24 hours and was $400 less! I just took it in today and was so impressed, he is not only a wonderful and honest mechanic but so thorough and educational, walking me thru what he did and why and showed me an item that was cracked but said I needed need to replace it right away. I will be going back even for just an oil change and check-up! Big perk, shop dog Max is usually hanging around to keep you company!!

After going back to a shop Ive trusted for the last couple years and getting no reassuring answers, I turned to Max automotive for a second and honest opinion. They explained in detail what the problem was and why I was having it. I expressed my concern and wanting to get it taken care of right away, but he assured me it didnt need immediate attention. In fact, I could wait another 6 months! It put my mind at ease that they werent out to get my money, but rather keep me satisfied. They are by no means near where I live, but definitely worth the drive! Looks like I found my new shop :)

Max Automotive is a amazing auto repair shop! I went there because my motor mounts went bad and they were the cheapest and most professional in the area! Terry even looked at my right tie rod because I got new tires and they told me I needed it replaced and he said it doesnt need to be replaced for years! He even plugged in the windshield wiper hose that someone had unplugged and never plugged back in! I will always take my cars there and will always refer people to there! It was also a plus that I got to play with Max and Sophie while I waited! Love this place!

Took my truck here because it was surging and had the check engine light on. I had tried everything before I took it in but I couldnt figure it out. Terry listened to what I experienced and 3 hours later I thought it was fixed. Turned out a sensor I bought wasnt correct so when I took it back, Terry replaced it with the old one and my truck was as good as new. Highly recommend this shop. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Plus the doggies in the office are super awesome!!!

Great service! Had an old car. Didnt wanna throw alot of money at it. Car was screwing up whenever I got gas. Offered me a quick bypass fix for $125. When that didnt work they said it was the gas lines. I wasnt gonna have them dig for hours on end for hudreds of dollars for a car thats almost to the moon. They didnt charge me anything for their time. Their hopsitality and atmosphere of their business is great!

Their professional and friendly service is very comforting for me a stranger to the area. If you live here this a great place to come. If your from out of town they are trust worthy and honest. Theres a reason why all of the reviews are positive. I recently moved here from Wyoming and had emissions issues with both of my trucks along with some other things. Those guys at Max Automotive are exactly what you would wish for when it comes to finding an honest/trustworthy auto mechanic. No "B.S.". . . GO HERE!! Great shop- so honest and quick. Great work and didnt try to take advantage and charge us more. HONEST! My kiddos loved the dogs and were treated like royalty while we waited. They even offered us a ride to and from their shop. We had such a great experience and will reccomend it to everyone. They are great Ma and Pa family shop. 5 Stars!

As a woman Im extremely leery of a new repair shop. Ive been overcharged before from the dealership on down so I was happy to discover how reasonable the pricing was here. This is a family owned and operated shop and they treat their customers well while the dogs guard the shop. On their beds. Or the floor. They are pretty flexible that way.

I love this place! I drive 35 minutes to bring my car to them for everything. The most trustworthy, kind, and helpful mechanic shop I have ever been to. Been going to them since I moved to Arizona, and I wont go anywhere else! I refer everyone to them as well! Plus, who doesnt love when dogs are in the waiting room?

Great auto repair experience. Needed my front brake pads replaced. In and out in one hour and the repair charge was very reasonable. Cathy took care of us while we waited. I will be taking all my auto repairs there from now on. Already referred two friends to use them for their auto repairs.

The hole family was great to chat with and also changed the muffler in my 2014 Ram 1500 in less then an hour and they did a great job and for a great price that beat everyone else as well. I couldnt be happier. Theyre the place to go to for repairs and anything else you need.
