I took my 2005 chevy equinox to this because my car would shake when u drive and i test drove it with Francisco to for part of the diagnosis process and we went back o the shop and they said that i had a bad cv axle and struts but the cv axle was more important so we agreed on the cv axle was the first priority and it was going ti be finished the same day. 30 minutes before closing the shop calls and tells me that their warehouse where they get their parts from has sent thr wrong part. That right there threw me off. How is a official mechanic shop have the wrong part sent that shows some mis communication there. And the new part wont come until the following morning around 9am The next day comes and i call them around 2:30 pm t check up on my vehicle they tell me its about to be worked on so i said ok. I go to work and the call back 30 minutes before closing again and they say that the brand new axle has broked when they test drove the car and that the motor mounts needs to be replace (extra 700$ plus struts of 400$ + 184$ for cv axle). I do not understand how the motor mounts came in the picture after we have had a full evaluation to diagnose the car. Im pretty sure if there was bad motor mounts it would have been the first thing to be spotted. Moral if the story DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. They will create problems to see where you are financially to squeeze out of your money. If you have a reliable mechanic please stick to that mexhanic this place is NOT VERY RELIABLE ON THEIR DIAGNOSIS! Update: This place is officially a jiffed up place.. i drove my car to work today and i discorved that my Alignment is extrememly bad. I dont know if they touched it or if its because they installed the CV axle horribly... DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!

El Mirages last honest auto mechanic? I took my 99 Durango in for a coolant leak. I knew it was the bypass hose but I didnt have the time or tools to do it myself. Ive struggled with the auto mechanics in town....never using them twice. I decided to give this place a try. I met Francisco at his location and he looks at the vehicle and made some guesses as to what could be wrong. Francisco ultimately concluded that until he takes it apart and looks he wont know for sure.(oh-oh, Ive heard that before) Good thing I did know what was wrong so I waited for the call from Francisco to see what sort of business honestly he had. To my delight the next day Francisco called and said it was just the "bypass hose" and that the more expensive repairs would not be needed to correct the issue if I couldnt afford it. Francisco offered to change the water pump as well since he already had the work done to get there to replace it. I opted to go for the more expensive repair and get a new water pump anyways, it was 5 years old and it was probably not far off from needing replacement anyways. Thanks Francisco for having business ethics and integrity! Your shop is also clean and organized, another good sign of how you operate your business!

I have being going to Francisco for the last 9 years, have a 1988 Toyota, and Chrysler 300 , my granddaughter a 2000 Honda civic . He has worked on three and the two older one have had major repairs, that had to be fixed, after hes explanation what it needs and cost, where very helpful. Has worked on them and test of time havent had no problems with all three. I couldnt go to Gila ben before on 1988 toyota in fear I might not come back, after Francisco worked on engine , A/C, got it right, have crossed the dessert to Calif., Nogales, Tijuana,. Very happy with his work and knowledge. I personally trust him 100 %

Words can not express my gratitude. Francisco went above and beyond to help me. I went in to get my passenger rear door fixed and he called in to find out information about parts etc but found out there was a recall on the door latches for my Ford Fiesta 2012 and instead of taking the work and money for his business f he honestly gathered information about the recall and kindly directed me to the nearest ford dealership where they repaired the latches free of charge. honest and friendly people and very helpful they work on my 03 bmw z4 It was over heating and I when to the dealer they wanted to sell me an new cylinder head I took it to thunderbird auto repair and they find out the radiator reservoir and thermostat was bad. they replace them and my car is running perfect now thanks guys.
