Before i proceed to write this review, I will tell you that my Wifes truck was having issues due to the A/C system, I replaced and installed Condensor, Solenoid Valves, & Compressor (Myself) simply to save money, and prevent from being over-charged by Companies such as "this" after it was recommended and supposedly would restore My A/C system I had Brought the car in for a A/C system at the Firestone (Tolleson) which came out to $50.00, After 2 Hours of having my car serviced, hoping to resolve the A/C system. They told me that the condenser was bad at I will basically have to pay $600 to have it replaced (Mind you these parts were bought brand new). They began going on that the labor is the reason behind the pricing, but wanted me to replace the condenser ALL over again through them, and the list goes on A/C suction hose - $115 $40 for Refrigerant $600 compressor $842. For just those alone, And a whopping Preventive Maintence fee for a Grand total of .......$1,032.44, This is probably one of the most disappointing, and despicable visits Ive had at Firestone, They may seem concerned about your matters on saving money to treat your car, but its All about numbers to them, I will definitely not be returning to Any firestone locations. However, I do not wish failure on this company but rather more affordable rates, & better customer service, oh yeah waited an extra 30 minutes for a print out) Was the only one in the lobby. *Do Better* *Serve Better* Youll have more customer appreciate than you know. Set an appointment online for 7am 3 weeks prior to appointment. Manager was 30 mins late getting there to open the doors for everyone and it was freezing. Once he got there, he didnt even acknowledge that he was late and didnt say good morning or sorry for being late. I asked for a discount for me being on time and he wasnt. Only wanted to give me 10% off of one of my services. All of my contact information was completely incorrect with an address I have never lived at and a phone number I have never had. They called me later to suggest fixes which I took but only with additional % off all services because of the issues that morning. Once I picked up my truck had extra charges for my oil change which they charged me for extra oil because of my Hemi engine. No other shop has ever done this to me. 4 weeks later I had to get other services done somewhere else and they show me on my dip stick that I have no oil in my truck. I explained that I just had a oil change 30 days ago and from their professional opinion not enough oil was even put in my car. I will NEVER be going back to Firestone!!!! They really could have messed my truck up!!!! On top of the fact that they jack up prices. They wanted to charge me $200 to replace my lift supports for the back door and Pepboys replaced them and only charged me $64 with parts and labor. Please please shop around before going here. As a single woman in the Valley this is the reason why its hard to trust car repair shops.

Awful Awful awful I live .57 miles away, was charged 60$ to get my car towed here. Was told my fuel pump and fuel filter needed to be replaced and it was going to cost $800! But whatever I needed it fixed so I paid it. The following weekend I went to San Diego and my car wouldnt turn on so I took it to the firestone there. The sweet service guy told me that my fuel pump and filter had NOT been changed! These Jack offs charged me 800$ And didnt do a thing to my car!!! When I talked to the man at the desk that stupid POS said he couldnt give me any money. I said I would pay for the part but I shouldnt pay for the service since they didnt do anything. He offered me a few coupons for oil changes. The icing on the cake is I got the oil changed on my roommates car while mine was being fixed and this place told me that it was leaking oil and would cost me around 3000$ to fix it. (My roommates deployed and the car has been sitting for almost 6 months, not a drop of oil anywhere.) I took it to the Volvo dealership after I got my car back and the service guy laughed at the BS firestone did and said about both cars. The Volvo service guy did me a favor and looked at both cars to make sure nothing else was done to them. This Firestone is a joke.

Unfortunately the head gasket blew on my car. Took it there because it was close to home. After spending almost $3,000.00 to get it fixed had to take it back the next day because I now had an oil leak and it wasnt accelerating like it was before. Found out they pinched some seals for the oil leak, but they also broke my air intake manifold in the process. Thankfully they fixed both no charge. Ended up going back a couple weeks later when the car stopped working. They reported that they changed all these things, like fuel filter and other stuff, again at no cost, and then sent it to a specialty shop cause they couldnt find the new problem. Ended up paying another $400.00 for a short in the inner harness. Ever since getting my car back from the "specialty" shop that they say is top notch, it sounds like the back end of my car is falling apart and I have another oil leak that seems to be getting worse everyday. At this point I cant take the car anywhere else until this fix is paid off and now Im too afraid to drive the car anywhere. Wont be going back there for anything.

Fui con cita previa para cambiar el aceite al auto, me dijeron que estuviera a las 10:30 am y me tuvieron esperando hasta las 2:35 pm sin hacerle absolutamente nada al auto.a esa hora hablé para ver qué pasaba y me dicen al cabo de media hora más que el aceite estaba bajo y que sólo le habían agregado más y volviera dentro de unos días para hacerle una prueba etc. Cuando salgo le meto la barilla y no le habían echado nada de aceite al auto, estaba igual que como lo llevé... Me hicieron perder todo el día. Pésimo servicio.

Hate this place! What i dont like about this place is that they DO NOT, NEVER WILL, HONOR WARRANTIES, basically if you want your warranty on your tires they want you to do a tire rotation every oil change, and it has to be through them only. And they want you to align your car every 6000 miles, IF YOU FORGET TO DO THAT...even once like i did...NO WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!....The guy is a dushbag but its corporate America read the fine print! with these people, and trust me its hard to read its so tiny. Unfortunately i have been buying from them so, yes their warranties are never honored, so expect that please...otherwse the tires are bleh. Its so sad this place after all their history in the 90s-2000s so many people died because their SUVs fliped because their tires would blow up, such a tarnished image. It makes me wonder why they dont treat their customers right. They love to charge you an extra fee for warranty on the tires but they never warranty them when you need it. This place is a rip off!!
