I wouldnt take any of our cars anywhere else other than Thiem Auto in Avondale, AZ. Brad is a superior mechanic. Hes knowledgeable and skilled. Hes easily the most honest Ive encountered, never trying to overdo the job to tack on charges. Hes more than fair in his pricing and both he and his wife, Dori, who runs the office, are friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this business.

The best shop Ive been to in the Phoenix metro. The owners are exceptionally considerate and informative. They dont want to extort or up-sell you like so many other shops. Theyll honestly tell you what you need and give you a very fair price. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Brad and Dori are honest and will tell you like it is. They dont add things to up the bill. They will even tell you if things can wait for a future visit, if money is your issue. Wont go anywhere else.
