On February 11th 2016 we took our 2006 Chev Tahoe in for a check engine light. The head mechanic called several times telling us what he was doing to figure out the problem. One of his attempts to fix it along with ignition wires and spark plugs was a bottle of injection cleaner that was $89.95, and he didnt even ask us if it was ok. We picked it up the next day Not Fixed but he still charged us $446.90. He told us to bring it back in two weeks to change all 8 of the fuel injectors. We took it to Tisch Automotive the owner said after a half an hour of looking at our Tahoe to take it to a dealer and get the computer setting checked. We did and thats what was wrong. The dealership told us the same thing as Tisch Automotive, each injector can be tested to see which injector is bad. As far as Top choice auto repair they Ripped Us Off and the head mechanic doesnt know enough to be in charge of repairs. Tisch Automotive even said a mechanic should of been able to spot that repair rather quickly, top choice auto repair didnt. Dont Ever take your Car to this garage they do not know what they doing, and they will still charge you for their mistakes.

We took our car here for a simple safety inspection and was told that my vehicle failed due to bad lower ball joints. After consulting with 2 other mechanics, we were told that the ball joints were fine but the tie rods needed to be replaced. We replaced the tie rods and took it back for a re-inspection. I informed them of the work that had been done and what the other mechanics said. They still insisted that the ball joints were bad. The ironic thing is that they told us the same thing about our other vechicle, too. Anyway, we took it somewhere else and it passed inspection just fine. So either everyone else is inspecting them incorrectly, or they are. My bet is on them. Nice lady in the front office, otherwise they would have gotten one star from me.

This place is amazing! They will not sugar coat the condition of your vehicle or run you through hoops, they will treat you like a sister that they care about and tell you exactly what is wrong, what the importance of that specific part is and what is the most important and severe to fix first.
