Auto Xtreme Service is a 5-star in every respect. I took my 1985 Mercedes Benz 500SL to the owner, David Boatright, and he and his team were able to bring my car back to life through their precise workmanship and attention to detail. David, a professional advisor and lifelong expert in working on German made vehicles, he analyzed the car, walked me back to his immaculate shop, showed me exactly what the issues were, and then gave me an estimate that ended up being spot on. Once I gave him the work approval, David joined alongside his top mechanic, Bradford, and they went to work on my poorly running and severely leaking car. They had a lot of major work to do and I wasn’t sure if this old car could really stop leaking! Auto Xtreme did a miracle on my car!! When my wife picked up the car, she texted me that she thought I had a new car and that I would be really happy. When I got back to town and started it up, WOW! My car runs like a dream, it sounds like a Mercedes 500SL is supposed to, and it doesn’t leak a speck of fluid! This is truly a new vehicle that I will continue to get years of use out of. Thank you Auto Xtreme! I should have taken my car to your shop 7 years ago when I first bought it… I would have saved myself many headaches and many precious dollars. I highly recommend David and Auto Xtreme to everyone, you will not be disappointed and you will get outstanding work done at a good price.

This place is a joke ! Took my Mercedes there after getting a quote from them over the phone. Instead of getting my car back the same day like they promised, I got it back 2 days later ! All of their excuses sucked and I felt like they didn`t know what they were doing.Oh and by the way when I picked my car up my bill was $100 higher than the quote they gave me. This was because some parts they had to replace which they didn`t anticipate...I don`t mind that but YOU THINK SOMEBODY WOULD HAVE CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW !!! Someone there told me that the shop owner does not want to buy equipment and tools that they need in order to work on these cars...so they have to go to other shops and borrow their tools and equipment to fix your car. And they call themselves a "state of the art" facility ?! More like shade tree mechanics inside of a nice building. DO NOT TAKE YOUR GERMAN CAR THERE !!!

I took my E500 there for some routine service and a couple of issues I needed repaired. Top of the line customer service! Everyone there went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. There was no nickel and dime. The guys there even fixed things that I thought would have to be replaced!! They are straight shooters and are not pushy either. This is by far the best service I have had in the auto industry. They know what they are doing. Bill is excellent in the service area, all of the techs are great! I highly recommend them!

I moved to to the valley in 2010 and while getting my MB C280 washed at Dannys I had a casual conversation with this guy (Dave Boatright). During the conversation he asked who was doing the service and repair on my MB. I told him i was looking around to find someone and he gave me his card and said, "Give us a try". I have been a customer every since. Excellent work, Friendly, Extremely Reliable, Very Reasonable price. As much as I loved the guys in San Diego.... Auto Xtreme is by far the BEST! Buddy Redoble

I had a problem with smoke blowing out the back of my car. I took the car to a MBZ dealer, who told me I needed a $1200 repair. I didnt believe it. So I took the car to AutoXtreme, and they told me there was NOTHING WRONG! I was not charged for this analysis. I trust the guys at AutoXtreme. I think they know more than the dealer does because they have a vested interest in getting and keeping customers. I suspect the dealers are using mechanics fresh out of mechanics school!

This is an amazing service center for Benz repairs. I have been using them for the last 4 years and I have sent three friends as well because they are just that good, and very resonablly priced. It does not matter if it is a simple oil change or a difficult convertible top problem they know the German cars so well. My best friend now has her cars serviced there as well and she says they are very friendly and nice to deal with... I personal recommend them to you

Very Disappointed!! Took my ML320 there only to be charged $200. more than the quote amount for 2 hours of diagnostics.Then told the vehical was still not running and it would be three times the oriiginal quote amount to get the car running. I told them to stop work, I will pick up my car and take it somewhere else. Unfortunatley the owner was not there to speak with. Perhaps if he were correct expectations would have been set and quoted amount honored.

Cant give these guys enough stars. Buddy of mine recommended Auto Xtreme Service for my Audi, and I went to get my brakes fixed. They worked with me on price, were courteous, knowledgeable, and explained/showed me what else would need to be done in the future. The owner, the GM, and the mechanics were awesome. So happy with my experience there, I wont be going anywhere else for my European import needs.

First time going to Auto Xtreme but not my last. I have an older Mercedes and the greatest part about my car is the ride the worst part is not having someone you can trust to help you care for it. You can trust this company they care about the customer and it shows in everything they do and say. I wish I had found them a long time ago. Great people Great service you cannot ask for anything better.

The owner and manager take care of their customers very well. Superb customer service. They have great online coupons for new customers. Although, one of their mechanics closed my hood over a tool that caused an indention in it, they still offered to take care of it. Too bad my BMW was hit, and totaled by an illegal! I highly recommend them to service your vehicle. Great service!!

Walk in , get one sentence out and am abruptly told "we do do that kind of work." When I reply with "I wasnt asking about you doing work..." I was interrupted with "we dont do that kind of work" again. Their sight says they take customer service to the next level. Yes , the next level down from awful.
