This place (on Indian School Rd & 107th ave) is great! All of the employees, especially Mike Hoover, manager, are phenomenal! I had my truck towed from the 101, with a blown out tire & they took care of me within 5 minutes and didnt bother to slam me for a bunch of fees to change the blown tire out to the spare. The whole process took no more than 20 minutes max. They were all professional yet extremely friendly, especially Mike. He was attentive and informative. He didnt even push me to get a new tire or try to upsell me in a time of despair, he simply said he could order my tires after Monday & to check back if i wanted to. No pushy, shove it down my throat, fear based sales tactic!?! What car place, no matter what type of auto business, does THAT?! ...This place does. The waiting area is great, too. Theres a tv playing a movie, plenty of comfortable seats, and a soda machine etc. Its clean and free of debris and dust, which you typically find in most auto shops. All in all, I walked out with a smile and felt less anxious from my small highway ordeal & it was definitely because of these guys

They offer the best free tire repair. Had our van and truck done this year. Cant beat fast and free. 4 Star down from 5 because of customer service today. I took a vehicle in for a power steering pump replacement. 1 day later power steering went out and they blamed it on the new part that I purchased from OReillys. In order to swap the part with a new one they want to charge me $160 more dollars, no discount, no help, no sympathy, no suggestions. Now cost of service is $320+parts total instead of $160 + parts. What I learned is to not try and save money. Just buy the part from them and make it their problem if something happens so hopefully they will cover service. McFall didnt/doesnt care about my experience or me as a customer, they just want the money; after all, they are a business. They didnt offer warnings of advice prior to me buying parts elsewhere. Not a good experience. Took the van in for a second opinion, he fixed the "bad rack and pinion" that "needed to be replaced" by tightening the return line which should never loosen by itself and hasnt leaked since.

I was having a heck of a time with a 94 Suburban that I inherited when my stepfather passed. The latest problem was the oil filter adapter seal leaking. I dug into the issue head first since it shouldnt be hard to do at all. My filter was stuck pretty bad and it took me 2 days to get it off. I called Marcus the Manager and told him I would have to reschedule until the car was drive-able and described the issue. He said "Oh we do tons of those adapter seals just bring it in and well look at it. I then threw everything back together praying that the seals would hold with new oil. I drove it to the shop where she bled out the rest of the way in their drive and in the shop. About an hour or so later I picked her up with my 2 new tires and my oil adapter gasket fixed. What was even nicer was since I had most of the supplies it only cost me labor. THANKS GUYS!!! I will be bringing my 3 cars to them for anything and everything they can do from now on.

I went there from out of state since i pass by their store and saw good price for service. My car needed a basic service. I know about cars myself enough to tell if someone is lying to me about my car. These people tried to scam me. They said whoever serviced my car before damaged my car, and now it needs a major repair. Worse of all, I drove my car there, and now theyve disabled my car and will not put it back in service. I can either tow it or pay them the high repairs fee for a problem I know my car doesnt have. Im stuck, and my only means of transportation is in the hands of people who are trying to scam me, lucky I have a friend who lives nearby. Well, Im only passing by, but what a bad first impression theyve left. Im sure not all big o tires are like this, but I probably will not go to anymore big o tires in the future.

AVOID: READ Went in for an alignment after putting on a new rack and pinion including inner and outer tie rods. The guy on the phone "Rocky" told me it would be almost $900 because my rack and pinion is leaking and needs to be replaced because they saw power steering fluid on parts. I even told the guy I already replaced it but didnt listen apparentl. That was from the old rack and it didnt get cleaned off. Took it to 67th and Bethany and it cost only $59 for a 4 wheel alignment. Runs like a champ going on 6 months. Get a second opinion and dont be afraid to pick up your car. Remember INSPECTIONS means they are not doing a damn thing except looking at it. Dont pay for what you can get done for free at AutoZone or OReilly Auto.

Took my sons truck to get the AC charged and make sure there wasnt any leaks. They told me that they would test before charging and if there was a leak they wouldnt charge it. Well they said there wasnt anything wrong but 2 weeks later AC was blowing hot air again. Took it back and said there was a leak and needed $450 in repairs plus the $140 we already spent to charge the AC. I didnt think there were anymore mechanic shops that would take advantage of someone because they needed something. I will never go back and dont recommend this place to anyone. ZERO STARS!!!

This shop is so haggard, I brought my 98 Impala here for a diagnosis on why my gauges arent working right, the punk kid manager said "Oh yeah those models often have problems". So I asked for a quote, he said he would have to call about it. If you have replaced many of those and know about the problems, why do you have to call. These guys just plain dont know what they are doing. The manager was watching football on a computer for Christs sake, of course it would take forever to get anything done. Dont waste your time people!

The girls at Woolf Spinal Health & Rehab always jokingly agree that: "The only thing harder to find than a man you can trust, is a mechanic you can trust, and we found that in the staff at McFall Tire staff." In addition, our experience with McFall Tire is always great. For an office of all women, it has been a blessing to find Mcfall Tire. Our repairs are always done in a timely manner, costs are affordable and the staff is knowledgable and go out of their way for us. We wouldnt go anywhere else!!

I called McFall tires today because I woke up this morning to go to school and I had a flat tire! They didnt have the tire I needed and they were the closest to my house to drive on my flat tire to. I got a tire from somewhere else they happily installed it for me. The staff was so friendly! I figured since it was a privately owned company now, that they would be really expensive and they arent at all. I am definitely doing all my repairs here from now on!
