What a great place!! I usually dont get too excited over an auto mechanic repair shop but I gotta tell ya these guys are great! I am one of the most cautious and leery people you would ever meet but I knew from the time I made the call to Sun Devil that they were trustworthy. From George to Matt to Ron to the mechanic crew...they are all great! After they repaired the entire rear brake system of my 4x4 truck I was convinced. From the phone call to completion they were very thorough explaining every detail of the repair. The price was very fair and the work was done in a timely manner. I even had to use the shuttle service they provide. And being a gal I didnt get the usual you are just a dumb girl treatment that I usually receive at an auto repair shop. I was treated with respect and dignity which I really appreciated. I really cant say enough good things about the staff and the business as a whole in the space they provide for these ratings, but trust me when I say you will not be sorry you took your vehicle there for repair. They have made a lifetime returning customer of me!!

Good service on oil change, but beware of the $17 oil change. Apparently my vehicle was ready to fall apart with a shredded front axel boot that needed to be replaced. When I returned to have the boot replaced, I misunderstood, I needed the complete axel as they do not replace boots (and they had the axel in stock). Surprise, surprise when I returned home and had the "major problems" reviewed by my regular mechanic, I did not need the $1500 immediately necessary repairs. I viewed the "shredded boot" and neither I or the mechanic could see any damage and the axel did not need to be replaced, nor did the struts and shocks that Sun Devil had a special on. I will not return for the cheap oil change, all it did was create doubt in my mind that was unnecessary. And the "necessary repairs" of approximately $1500 did not need to be done. beware of cheap oil changes that result in a laundry list of "necessary" repairs.

When my Acura was off warranty, I needed a place to change my oil when I was in SCW during the winter. I didnt want to go back to the Acura dealer here in Peoria (their service is hit/miss). For the last 5 years this shop has competently changed my oil with no problems. I drive back to Seattle within 45 days of having this service done. There has never been a problem. They always check and fill the tires and alert me to any possible issues. The price is right, plus the staff is well spoken and friendly. If I ever have work more complex than an oil change done, Ill come back and update my review. I would recommend them based on my experience.

OMG were the first words out of my mouth while I drove off with my newly repaired car. Everything was fully explained but I was also shown in detail, while standing under the car up on the lift, where and what the problem were. The total experience gave me confidence that true honest professionalism still exists in this day and age. Took my car in for a check engine light and Jeff was able to diagnose the problem within 30 minutes. It was a vacuum line leak but unfortunately the line was no longer available. Jeff was able to fabricate one that is probably better than the original. Besides repairing my car they were willing to drive me home (North Glendale) while the repairs were being completed. Great people.

Hello George --You know i was happy to find you for my problem that Jeff repaired on my 1998 Ford Ranger. My son in law questioned the cost of the part $248 --then he googled the part on amazon and found the original Ford part for under $80. Dont even take your car here for an oil change. Something you would think would be so simple. My friend took her car here and they damaged her oil pan resulting in a $1200 dollar damage that the mechanic created yet they arent paying for. You guys are a joke and you dont deserve the one star it forced me to give you!

ON 12/06/16 I HAD AN OIL CHANGE AND INSPECTION DONE AND SEVERAL DAYS LATER FOUND OUT IT WAS AN INCOMPLETE SERVICE WHERE ALL FILTERS WERE NOT CHECKED. WENT BACK TO THE DEALER AND WAS TOLD i WOULD BE CONTACTED AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING FOR A WEEK. HOW CAN CUSTOMERS TRUST WORK IF THEIR WORD MEANS NOTHING ON FOLLOW UPS.

WARNING they scam people here. They have tried many times to get me to pay more for something that wasnt even wrong with the car. The only decent person in there is the manager but when he isnt around the other mechanics try and get you to pay for things that are not wrong with your car. DO NOT GO HERE

The technicians in the back working on the cars are the best I came in for an oil change and they had it done so fast and serviced my car and found other stuff wrong so they catch bad stuff before it happens but the customer service in the front are not that friendly

Always to notch service. From telling me my I dont need a repair when I thought I did to fixing my water pump and giving me a quick ride home to wait for the work to be done. Sun Devil is the best! Good rates and great customer service!

These clowns left a critical front sway bar control arm disconnected, left a bolt lose on the rear axle and overinflated the tires causing one to blow out. NEVER EVER TRUST THIS SHOP.
