This place is so slow, and so unorganized. I have been standing in line for over 30 minutes at one point just to get checked out. The business needs to be run more efficiently, and most importantly phones should be answered amongst people calling. While standing in line for 30 minutes I noticed the phones were ringing nonstop with nobody answering. I am a former Auto Parts employees, not from autozone but from another retailer and I know it is crucial to get to the customers phone calls immediately. This is not a one time deal that this has happened. Every single time I give autozone a chance they let me down tremendously with their laziness. They like to help customers out with specific needs is remarkably disgusting. I was trying to get a simple answer out of a gentleman who just wanted to argue with me. And when we got to the end of it he questioned my ability. I dont care who you are I just think that you guys should be there to help customers and to not give them a hard time. The gentleman I speak of is a tall big guy with long black hair

This is one of the worst autozone in Arizona. ANDREW tried adding anothers customers parts to my account, then got mad when i was looking over my receipt saying why are you looking all i need is you to sign it. only reason Im giving the store any stars at all is because of Andy and Ralph they are the two employees that helped the most and are very respectful and considerate. I came in to change out a battery and the employee that was ringing me up was pretty rude then the second employee that was there just stood there and held open the door and didnt ask if I needed help as I was alone and could have used it. Whenever I tell someone about that incident all employees say wow who was that? I definitely recommend whoever runs the store have a better hiring process. Its a shame Andy and Ralph work so hard to make this a good store and these new employees are ruining it

I went into Autozone yesterday after being told by BrakesPlus that there was about $1,000 worth of repairs to be made on my car. When I asked James (store manager) if they sold Serpentine belts he happily helped me with finding one. I didnt remember which one I was told to replace so he came out to my car to take a look at it for me. After looking he let me know that all of the belts were in great shape and that I wasnt in need of a new one. I then handed him a list of everything they told me was wrong with the car and he looked at it all!! All I really needed was a new hose! Im so thankful for James being willing to take the time out to look at my car for me. He saved me so much money! I definately recommend coming here!!

I have been going to Autozone for many years. The Surprise location on Reems is by far the worst service ever. Every time I pull in, and I do several times a week, there is at least one worker out smoking, I go in and there is no one ever behind the counter, if there is, they usually have about 7 people in line getting frustrated that no one else is helping them. I have on more than one occasion seen two managers arguing out front of the store, and pretty sure I saw a drug deal go down in the parking lot too. I am almost ashamed to go in the store. Id rather go to Checker now that is a farther drive, just for better service, plus they have a better selection of parts and tools.

Went there today looking for a plastic tailgate retainer clip... There were 2 old ladies working, which I would have had no issues with, if they had a basic automotive understanding.. After explaining what the part was, how its used and the truck its on about 5 times, she brought me a package that said power window retaining clip, which was not universal nor was it even close to the size or part needed. Im sure the CVS next door has open positions for the gray haired women.. AutoZone please give me an employee who knows what a retaining clip is..

It seems like every product I buy here needs to be replaced under the warranties that are provided with them. Its a two edged sword. On one hand my dead battery was replaced free of charge, on the other hand it had to be replaced. The brakes MAYBE last two years before needing replacement under their warranty.

The service at this place is really bad. Walked in and was not greeted or acknowledge by the person at the counter. After getting my stuff I headed to the register to pay and had to wait at least five minutes with no one in line. I could hear the employees in the back talking about how bad their weekend was.

Waste of time ! The part I needed comes up in their system doesnt match the part i actually needed, could not even get me the right part.Luckily I had another vehicle to return the part and get my money back. This is not the 1st incident where my time was wasted at Auto Zone either. Done with this company.

We needed a headlight replaced but had no idea what we needed to get or do. The man who helped us was able to do so with minimal assistance on our part. After we bought the correct bulb, he even walked out to the car and gave us a hands-on lesson of how to replace the headlight.

Even though they were busy, I was still helped promptly. The technician took time to make sure the battery and alternator were still good even though I just wanted a battery and they were busy. He didnt try to upsell me to the Optima either (though he did mention it).

Holy crap, 15 minutes in line.... only two of us waiting on two slow employees. It seems they hired the worst in this place! I walked out after they were trying to check out this poor bastard buying antifreeze and spark plugs....why was it taking 15 frigging minutes!!!

Stopped in to get one item and could not find it and could not get any help. There were employees in the store (could hear them talking in the back) but only one out front at the cash register. So I just left after a long wait.

Their prices are fairly reasonable. They have Military discounts. They seem to be pleasant. They are not very thorough. On several occasions, my hubby was given the wrong part, even with the info provided for his vehicle.

Have used this store for several years and they have. Always been great and helpful. I have had part break that was under warranty and they exchanged them with no problem. Thanks for the service

Their hours make it easy to get whatever you need, whenever you want it. Although I understand businesses like to close early on Sunday, Autozone is upon until the late night.
